They were responsive to any questions I had and dealt with maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Communication was always clear and friendly, which made renting the property stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Ben, our salesperson, was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process - consistently responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed, and we really appreciated his professionalism and dedication.

However, our experience at the branch when collecting the keys was somewhat disappointing. This should have been a celebratory and memorable moment for us, but unfortunately, when my husband and I arrived, we felt unwelcome. There was no initial greeting, no guidance on where to sit, and no acknowledgment of the significance of the occasion. It wasn’t until Ben joined us towards the end that we finally felt recognised and congratulated.

Overall, while our journey was largely positive thanks to Ben’s excellent support, the final step of collecting the keys did not quite match the excitement and warmth we had anticipated.
