LANDLORDS AVOID.

I would strongly urge any landlord to avoid LPS. They managed a property for me, but their lack of accountability and professionalism makes them a liability to both landlords and tenants. Communication is extremely poor, with deposits being released without agreement. Important updates were not dealt with in a timely manner and responses were difficult to obtain. Having experienced their service firsthand, I found it consistently disorganised, reactive, and careless.

Send your business somewhere else.

I’ve been in my current property over ten years and LPS took it over from a previous agent. Everybody I’ve ever dealt with has been great. Their app is super easy to report issues. Special thanks to Georgia, Vicky and Karon who have been so kind to me over the years. I would recommend LPS to any prospective renter.

Applied 3 weeks ago for a home nobody seems to respond back to i called every week to inquire about a update am near enough homeless and company like this think it's OK to keep me waiting I have missed out on other opportunities by hanging onto to this if they said from the start no then it's fine company's like this have no feelings about other people's situations it's appalling especially with the housing situation in Liverpool

I've been dealing with LPS estate agents for over 13 years now as a landlord and most recently helping me to sell a property. I have mainly dealt with Karon Murphy, who is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly but above all gets things done. She has recently sold a property for me and got me a better than expected price and made sure that the deal got over the line. Recommended.

Georgia was so helpful and any questions asked she had the answers. Renting out with her made it so easy and bu the next day i had the keys. Fatima also handeld the admin side of things and she was great too. Highly recommend using LPS service
