Store is nicely laid out but staff are miserable and snooty

Dreadful, both in store and online. Over priced and shocking customer service, will never buy from them again.

The ladies in the Chester shop are always more than willing to help in putting together an outfit - I feel they go out of their way to make sure everything matches.

Excellent service and advice. Lovely assistants, great shopping experience.

Purchased SK SKY PENCIL SKIRT skirt online on sale and when I was placing order note on returns said that items can be returned in store. However, when I tried to do so to Chester LK bennett store I was informed that I can only get store credit and if I want full refund I must ship the skirt back. As I've collected skirt in the same store it was handed to me in a flimsy bag so no box to use for return! Shop assistant advised that the barcode on the delivery note can be used to generate a return label in Post office. However, when I went to PO this barcode didn't work and I had to pay £4.95 for postage. Nowhere on LK website does it say returns are NOT free. Last time I shop with LK, eventhough I have been a regular customer in the past! Why would someone want to pay for both delivery and returns when there are many other companies that offer that for free? Poor service!

My visit to lkbennett in Chester was at a particularly sad time. The assistant was caring and understanding despite my ( probably annoying) indecision. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

I love to shop at LKBennett, it is a treat for me, it might only be once or twice a year but it is such a pleasure when I get that bag of goodies in my hand, staff are a joy to get help from

Went to nominated store to collect my online purchase only to find it had been given to another customer the day before. After some serious discussions and a few phone calls to customer service a mutual agreement was reached

Disgusting way to treat loyal customers!
Purchased a coat for £695 - returned it the day after it arrived as it was t suitable. I following the Lk Bennett return process. LK bennett confirmed by email that they received my return on 4/11/2023 but I have not received a refund?? So today 20/11 I called and spoke to a woman who was incredibly unhelpful - She couldn’t explain why I had not received a refund. She said she was working from home. She would not raise a formal complaint for me, or get Manager to call me and she would not give me her name. She put the phone down on me and has not issued my refund! I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years and clearly loyalty to the brand means nothing to this company! I have still not received a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Lovely collection, friendly girl that helped me. However, the dresses were in the wrong rail and were more expensive than I was lead to expect. Well, customers hang them back in the wrong rail. No, not if there are four of them and not if other series are in the wrong rail as well. Sorry, that’s our mistake, the manager said. This is not OK. if you offer them for a specific price, you should sell them for that price. Misleading.

This is a very beautiful blouse! Delicate and pretty. The staff at the Chester outlet were friendly and very helpful. A truly lovely experience on Mother's day!

Staff were incredibly helpful. So much so, I felt I was shopping with a friend!
I ordered the most exquisite pink platform shoes and the matching clutch later, and I feel amazing, as though someone has waved a magic wand.

Dress delivered quickly unfortunately didn’t really suit me so had to return also had a small mark on the back of the dress

shoes not available in the chester store so the assistant happily order the 2 pairs of shoes online for me.

All arrived okay, but none of the dresses ordered were suitable. Took an hour out of my day and paid for parking in order to return to store. Got there (Chester branch) at 4pm and lights were on but shop was locked up. Waited around for a while, no one turned up. So then hadto take another hour out of the following day to get to the post office, and had to pay for the privilege of returning the items. Slow in providing refund. Nothing wrong with the products (although over-priced for what are fairly standard dresses), but the whole process wasted a lot of my time.
