Fraudulent or Mistake?
I had a online order and picked it up at the store in Cheltenham. I tried them at the store and decided to return 2 items due to wrong fit at the same store. I have done in this way for a few times before. However the shop assistance refused to accept the return and insisted that I have to send the returns by post. The excuse they gave was I was paid via apply pay, but it is UNTRUE. I don't even have a apply pay thingy. I paid it online by credit card! I said that did not make any sense because of the environment cost. But the store won't accept the return. So I had to return it by post, but surprisingly found the the postal return costed me about £5 plus the time wasted. I'll never buy anything from LK Bennett again, at least will never buy online.
Not the high end experience expected…
Not the high end experience expected from this shop at all. Visited on a Sunday morning and the 3 sales assistants made me feel like I was being publicly shamed! I had an online order of shoes which I wanted to return but also try other styles. The whole process took ages, as sizes couldn't be found and that caused a great debate. Finally I found a pair I liked, the shoes although fit looked like they had been tried on and were scuffed. I asked for another pair and this was questioned several times by the assistant. I calmly explained that they didn't look their best and would like another pair. At this point, the 3 assistants appeared to gang up on me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They again questioned why I didn't want the ones I tried on and again I said that they looked worn! I then asked to order another pair! The 3 assistants didn't appreciate my request and the atmosphere became frosty. Maybe they had forgotten their customer experience training? I felt so anxious as there was no eye contact made and there were certainly no smiley faces just a huffy puffy reaction. In the end I politely asked for a refund and left without any shoes. I said thank you and was ignored. I have never experienced such a poor high end retail experience as in your shop. I will never shop again at LK Bennett, Harrogate. The other delicate issue that I feel needs addressing, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable was the inappropriate low cut top worn by one of the assistants. Perhaps the manager would like to discuss my experience in greater detail?

I used to love your shoes
I used to love your shoes, they fit well and were very comfortable. This pair still fits well, therefore I kept it. But after first day of wearing my feet hurt a lot. I am unable to return, as they are no longer unworn, but I am not sure how do you know if you won’t be able to walk at the end of the day without wearing them? I used to trust that this brand produces comfy shoes, this trust is now broken and costed me £150.
Also, I would prefer individual product reviews as many retail stores do, rather than a generic review here.
Very bad customer service
I bought online a jeans on sale size 14 and when I collected it it was huge size but there was no other jeans on sale when I contacted customer service they confirm that it’s their fault but refuse to take any action and offer any solution to the problem they did! Very bad experience from a well known store. I regret to buy from LK Bennett. Customer service rate is 0. No respect to their customers no matter what impact their business
Tow orders placed
Tow orders placed, tow orders cancelled by the lkbennett due to lack of stock. The orders were cancelled a few days later. Now I don’t have a dress for my daughter baptism. Zero professionalism, I will never order again from them.

Refund charge trap
Apparently not only they charge for delivery, they also charge for refund postage , because if you pay using Apple Pay , you can’t simply return to store. This feels like a trap and brands that are selling clothing on the same price level usually provide free refund service. Very disappointing experience

My favourite little black cardigan
My favourite little black cardigan, three quarter sleeve, fine knit. This design is very flattering for my curvy size 14 and 5ft 4 inch figure; I chose a size XL which is not figure hugging and gives me a more elegant look. A timeless classic that I wouldn’t be without in my wardrobe. I now have 2x black and 2x navy blue. Washes really well.

Flawless customer experience. The skirt I purchased was not cheap but definitely a piece that I’ll always love. Quality is stunning too

Very pleased with my purchase. The cardigan is very comfortable and the quality is excellent.
I was getting a handbag as a present…
I was getting a handbag as a present for a family member online but the quality and finishing of it was quite poor. I sent some photos to the customer services for reference but I was just told to return the handbag. When I collected the handbag from one of the stores, it was just in a paper bag without a dust bag or even a LK Bennett proper carrier bag which made it looked very unattractive. I think LKB should improve the quality check and packaging for the product when it leaves the warehouse.

Poor delivery service
I placed an order for multiple items. One of the items was delivered promptly by dpd, however the outstanding items have been sitting in Evri depot for the last 5 days from notification that they have the items awaiting a delivery schedule. I suggest the retailer reviews its delivery contracts.
