AVOID HIRING THEM …. LOOK ELSEWHERE
I would strongly advise anyone considering this gardener to look elsewhere.
I paid €250 for what was supposed to be a complete lawn and garden service, but the quality of work was extremely poor. The lawn was cut very unevenly, leaving noticeable differences in grass height throughout the garden. No weeds were removed, and no treatment was carried out to deal with the roots as agreed. The side edges of the garden were not trimmed at all, leaving the job looking unfinished.
I was also told that all garden waste would be removed, but instead it was simply put into my household bins, filling them completely. No grass treatment or lawn care was carried out despite this being part of the service I expected.
To make matters worse, after the work was completed, all attempts to contact him have been ignored. Phone calls are not answered, and calls appear to be screened using a call-assistant app that rejects them without allowing any conversation. Eventually answered a call and an appointment was confirmed…….. and as expected NO SHOW, phone on voicemail.
Wasted enough time chasing them.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The workmanship was well below an acceptable standard, communication has been non-existent after payment, and I feel the service was nowhere near worth the €250 I was charged. I will not recommend this gardener and would not use his services again.
