Very helpful over the phone regarding advice. We ordered a few items of furniture and a couple of custom made items. These were not as expensive as I feared and fit the room perfectly. I was a little concerned ordering items that I had not seen as I could not gauge the quality. When items arrived they were very well packaged to prevent damage. They are good heavy quality pieces of furniture. Really solid and good quality. If you are looking for more modern Mahogany coloured furniture I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, always kept us updated with the progress of our order, gave good notice of when the goods were out for delivery and excellent service from the delivery company. Highly delighted with the quality and finish of the two sets drawers .

Exactly what I hoped for
The product, a library chair, was beautifully made and exactly what I hoped for. The company contacted me to explain that there was a very slight delay and give me options. They were most helpful. The delivery went like clockwork and the delivery chap could not have been more helpful.

Mahogany nest of tables…
We ordered a mahogany nest of tables which arrived quickly and were extremely well packed . The tables were very well made and as described, sitting very well in our lounge. The tables match existing mahogany furniture. We are very happy with the purchase and would strongly recommend lockstockandbarrel .

The quality of customer service and product is superb. There was a delay in availability of the item I ordered and communication about this was exemplary. Both emails and phone calls were clear, courteous and personal and I felt assured my order was in dependable hands. I had a phone call to arrange a delivery time convenient to me and the item arrived, carefully packed in recyclable material, in perfect condition.
