Foto delle case artefatte, non fanno controlli sugli immobili prima del check in e consegnano le case in uno stato pietoso di sporcizia, con elettrodomestici non funzionanti.
Non rispondono al telefono MAI e spesso neanche alle mail.

Nous savons cherché auprès de Lodgis une location d’ appartement à Paris pour notre fille qui souhaitait aménager dans les 3 mois. C’est la seule agence que nous ayons trouvé nous permettant de chercher un logement dans les mois qui viennent. Nous avons été accompagnés de façon professionnelle, réactive et courtoise par Coline Riviere. Cette collaboratrice a été très à l’écoute, elle a répondu parfaitement dans les temps à nos attentes et a su trouver des solutions avec style et gentillesse. Je recommande fortement Lodgis, notre expérience a été très positive pour notre recherche de location avec aménagement différé de 3 mois.

Jihane and the team of Lodgis are responsive to whenever I have problems in the apartment. Leaking faucet, no water heater, etc. It’s difficult living in Paris as a foreigner, or any city in that matter, so choose a reliable agency

We rented an apartment in Paris for 4,5 months for our daughter. The apartment is nice but from the very beginning we faced a huge problem with the smoking neighbour who smokes daily in his house and all the smoke comes through ventilation system to the apartment of our daughter and stays in the bathroom and the living room. Living in such conditions has dangerous health risks. We have spoken to the neighbour and to the landlord multiple times, but they said he can smoke inside his house. No solution for our daughter who has to live there as a passive smoker. Contacting the Lodgis agency has no result as they don't answer our e-mails at all. Booking reference: 346429945.
Update after reading the reaction of Lodgis:
On the internet it says:
"If smoke is entering your Lodgis rental apartment, it constitutes a health and safety risk, violating the landlord's obligation to provide a safe, decent dwelling. Immediately contact Lodgis via your tenant portal to report this technical issue. They are responsible for addressing maintenance problems that threaten health or safety". Why don't Lodgis want to interfere?

Effizient in der Vermarktung und Vermietung. Aber unsere Vermieterin hatte eine staubige Wohnung bereitgestellt, in der weder Heizung noch Toilette zuverlässig funktionierten - und nun zahlt sie auch fast drei Monate nach Übergabe NICHT die Kaution zurück. Ich habe mehrfach unsere Agentin angeschrieben und abschließend sogar den CEO. Keine Reaktion. Wofür genau habe ich eine Agency Fee bezahlt?

Long story short: Bei einem guten Vermieter scheint alles zu klappen. Aber wenn man sich auf die Agentur verlassen muss, dann ist man verlassen.

I was supported by Salma during the whole process to find a place. She was a strong 5 stars evaluation, always available for info and fast replies.

I still believe that to visit the house before signing should be always feasible, but apparently in Paris that's not always the case. Cannot give the 5 stars hence, 4 is the average between 5 salma and 3 lodgis.

Nous sommes très bien accompagné par Mme Hugon. Sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance sont très appréciables autant pour les visites et l’obtention du bien que pour les petits problèmes que peut rencontrer notre logement.

I believe many of the 4–5 star reviews are not very representative. Everyone I’ve spoken to who has used them reports the same issues: poor professionalism, lack of communication (once you sign the contract, it becomes very hard to get answers) and apartments that are dirty or very different from the photos.
In my case, on top of this, I’ve been dealing for weeks with serious apartment issues (utilities and maintenance) that have been handled extremely slowly. Honestly, there are many agencies that are far more reliable and efficient. From my experience, this has been extremely stressful and disappointing.
