LogoDesignGuru Reviews

Excellent service. rained Designers. Good customer care

This is my 4th time working with Logo Design Guru. The service provided is always superb. The designers are talented and they respond promptly to messages and edit request. Alan has provided outstanding customer service each time. I highly recommend using Logo Design Guru for all your business needs.

I would recommend to anyone. I'm very pleased and excited with my new logo. And I will be using their services again. The process was easy and designers were very accommodating.

Alan Smith was outstanding! He provided me with clear information on the entire process, and even called me to review my order with me! It's rare to find such great service oriented people. He was amazing! The process was painless and we received the logo we wanted with over 250 designs to choose from! I recommend this company to anyone looking to brand, rebrand or anything graphics related! These guys are awesome!

This was a great experience! From the beginning, the phone support and the artists were amazing. There are some truly talented individuals in this world and many of them are on this site!

Awesome designs and overall, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Highly recommended!

I was stunned by the number of creative designs produced in just days through this remarkable program. Over 100 designs from 29 clearly-gifted designers were submitted. They challenged my initial concepts by their creativity & ultimately delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this company. Give them a try...you will not be disappointed.

Impressive volume of submissions and very talented designers. Three times so far and I keep getting exactly what I want.

Tip: The website isn't perfected yet, but that's only a UX issue. The service is well worth it!

I had an amazing response to my competition in juts a few days and am very happy with my chosen design. The service is great; the designer extremely flexible ad patient. I would highly recommend Zillion to anyone and intend to use them again with no hesitation.

Great company great experience great logos
Easy to use and professional follow up

Process was straight-forward & I ended up with around 180 designs to choose from. There were at least 4 designers that I shortlisted to 10 logos which made the final selection difficult. In the end I enlisted help of friends to read my design brief & help select logos that fitted the brief, but also ones that they thought my customers would easily relate to.
Getting all the source files & a transfer of ownership from the designer stating they have not copied the design or used clipart makes this a solid deal.
A minor gripe for me is that the messaging system appears text-only based, I would prefer to screen-snap & scribble to convey my design refinements, rather than type a description, so not a deal-breaker but a welcome refinement.

Highly recommend.
We were extremely satisfied with our experience. The winning design by far surpassed our expectations.
We received many professional designs from lots of talented artists. It was difficult to pick a winner because we received several logos that were worthy of being chosen. We were also very satisfied with customer service. Allan was very helpful, swiftly taking care of all our needs in a very friendly manner.

This was a perfect way to get many great ideas for a practice logo. Their designers did all the work, and I chose a winner after 1 week. This was definitely a great, easy, and pretty stress-free way to get the logo that best fits my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

Yes! the system works!! A bit reluctantly I signed up. and I will tell you it worked perfectly! I got over 200 designs from people all over the world. Finally I chose the best and in matter of days I got my files via email. Unfortunately Im not a technical person so the website was a bit hard for me to navigate but fortunately they have wonderful people on the phone or by chat that are always willing to help. EVEN TODAY DEC 24 THAT I WANTED THEM TO SEND ME MY FILES AGAIN. THEY DID!! Thanks GUYS you rock!!

They were always available whenever I needed assistance

Logo Guru (and LogoSnap) have been a breeze to work with. Very streamlined, well explained process and a fantastic result! I've had one logo designed using each service and will not go anywhere else when I need another one. The variety you get from open competition is incredible and the communication channels they make available allow you to refine your favorites to be get a great result. Highly recommend.

we used this service to design our company logo and had a great experience. We had access to top designers and they answered all our questions and made changes when requested.

I had the opportunity to work closely with several top notch designers. They were very supportive and willing to make changes to help me finalize my design. I was so please that I selected two winners.

Thank you!

This company based in Karachi, Pakistan with real name "rightsolution.net"

unskilled designer with no sense of knowledge or creativity.

Asking me to pay $4000 without explaining the web design and SEO process, how things will work etc.

Definitely not recommended company.

This company has a lot of hidden language that makes the customer loose big time when they are choosing to return. I had purchased a bundle of website, logo and business cards and as I started having issues, decided to cancel the website and business cards. Well, they take their fee, even if the order was not even started by anyone, which was about $150 or so. As you can imagine, I was very unhappy. The logo turned out ok, but it was definitely not worth the $300 I paid with all of their “hidden” fees. BEWARE, and know that their customer service leaves much to be desired. I contested the charges to no avail. This happened around 9/2012.
