I had a fantastic experience with London Heathrow Cars. The driver was punctual, arriving even earlier than expected and was both professional and courteous throughout the journey. The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant ride.
What truly stood out was the driver's friendly demeanor and knowledge of the area. They provided helpful insights about local landmarks, making the trip even more enjoyable. Their safe driving and attention to detail further reassured me that I was in good hands.

I've used this service every time I've been to England for business and haven't had an issue. They reply quickly to quote requests; the prices are very reasonable and the drivers--the ones I've had at least--have all been extremely professional and courteous. What more can I say? Highly recommend and will continue to use them.

An excellent service. I had recently had an operation on my knee and was using a wheelchair. This meant I was last off the plane so late for my meet and greet. My driver kept in touch with me and helped me in and out of the car So pleasant and a smooth drive to Guildford. I’ve used them before and will most definitely do again. Excellent value

BEWARE!! I received a quote from this company for a transfer from LHR to SW London, and accepted the price and booked and paid online. I then received an email from them that said there would be an additional £80 “surcharge” as the pick up was Christmas Eve (2.30 pm) (which they obviously knew when they provided the original quote) and
did I still want to go ahead. I said I did not. They then came back again and said they could offer a £40 surcharge instead.
I declined the “offer” and they cancelled my booking but now nearly two weeks later and I have not received the £162 I prepaid despite several emails to the company! I am now forced to lodge a complaint with Trading Standards and my credit card company. Go elsewhere but if you cannot then definitely do NOT prepay!!

Have just found this company and used them 3 times in 2 weeks for oversea's visitors to our company.
Excellent service starting with the call with the initial enquiry and to the 3 pick up's 2 from Central London and one from Heathrow. Easy to book and easy to pay i have no complaints from our foreign delegation so i am assuming all was fine. Thank you we will definitely use you again.

Great service! Very professional! We arrived late in the evening and had difficulty gaining entry into our apartment. Our driver stayed with us allowing us to use his internet and phone to call long distance so we could acquire the passcode. Prompt, dependable, courteous service.

I use these guys regularly and the drivers are always friendly and professional and the cars are excellent and clean. The office staff are also excellent, cheerful, friendly and happy to help. I will not use anyone else.

Was always always my preferred option until recent job. Despite paying for pick up in advance, the driver asked for monies for himself. Questioned this with their operator but refused to listen to concerns citing this could never have happened. Instead of perhaps investigating my concern, disconnected the call but not before aggressively advising that if I wanted to complain I should send an email. Will never use again. There are more professional companies out there who know how to treat their customers

I chose London Heathrow Cars for my latest business trip because previous taxi companies seemed to take a long time to collect me when arriving back. LHC collected me 5 minutes after calling them from the airport arrivals hall. I didn't pay from my company bank account as LHC's online payment system adds a significant markup for corporate accounts. I paid in cash-to-driver, but next time I will pay by personal bank account to give LHC more trust that I am a real customer. LHC car and driver were great. Hopefully LHC can take corporate payments without surcharge in future.

Excellent communication and service. Used them to/from London/Southampton for a cruise.

I used London Heathrow Cars for the first time to pick me up from Euston Station to Heathrow Airport Holiday Inn arriving at Euston at 15:03. I also booked them to take me from The Holiday Inn to Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 at 7:30 in the morning. Both drivers picked me up on time in fact I was early into Euston and when I phoned the company up the driver was 10 minutes away. Both drivers were extremely pleasant on time and in very nice cars. I have now re-booked a driver from this company to take me back from Heathrow to Euston on my return journey, I would not hesitate in recommending this company based on my personal experience with them.

We had a great experience with Heathrow Cars. Our flight was late and luggage took an hour to come through. The driver communicated the whole time. The return journey was all smooth as well.

Used them a few times in the past and it was fine but this time was a disaster. on arrival they were late, got over that. but when i spoke to the driver i noticed the date he had was incorrect. I informed the driver of this - which he said he would have the office correct, I followed up with an email to the office, the same day. when they responded a number of hours later they said it was to late to change anything and that it was all my fault and followed by saying that if I "miss" the incorrect pick up I will have to rebook another trip on their website. In the end they didn't arrive at the requested time and I had to arrange alternative transport leaving me tight for time to catch my flight. The alternative transfer i ended up using was much cheaper too. London Heathrow cars haven't refunded me as they insist I didn't show
