Serious payment issues — proceed with caution.

I was hired by the London Tiling Company (managed by Santi Badia) to complete tiling work. Unfortunately, I was not paid for the job despite finishing the work as agreed. I made several attempts to contact the company to resolve the issue but received no meaningful response.

This experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review to raise awareness for others who may work with them — please make sure you have a clear written contract and payment terms before starting any project.

I hope the company resolves its outstanding payments and treats future workers and clients more fairly.

I borrow him £200 and he’s not paying back.

Still trying to get our money a year on and he has now said he will take £1000 for his expenses 😂
Sadly have to file court papers that wastes both parties time.

This guy Santi Badia Fonesca (the owner) owne me over 300£ . DO NOT WORK FOR HIM!

Very unprofessional .

He book people through agencies and not pay them on the end of the work.
I was one of the workers that came to work for him through an agency . After we did the job we were supposed to be paid in the next week . There is 3 months since we did the work for this guy where we have seen no money. Every week he is telling us that he will pay in the next one as he is out of funds paying loans.

I do not recommend also for the future agencies that are contacted by this person do not work with him , you will never get the money from his side.
