My wife ordered me a WATERPROOF long coat. Used it in the rain one time and found myself wet across the shoulders, back and arms. I assume the 5 year search for the perfect waterproof long coat mentioned in their advertisement is still ongoing as my longcoat is about as waterproof as nylon! Sent E mails to complain but no response. Save your money and buy a plastic poncho it will probably be drier.
I ordered a dry robe and unfortunately the wrong colour was sent, sent a message and received a reply apologising within minutes and asking me to send my parcel back.
I was refunded the postage costs and a new robe was sent out straight away.
When the carry bag was missing from the second order the owner Jules tried to source one but because he couldn’t he sent me his.
I couldn’t recommend enough.
Recently purchased a Hepworth women’s lightweight long raincoat with hood. It was in the sale but non sale price was good too! Arrived really quickly. I’m over the moon with it. Fab quality. Great fit and perfect length! Love it
Have been searching for a long waterproof coat with hood for ages. Bought the Tremayne and it is exactly what I wanted. Stylish, comfortable, warm and waterproof..... and long! Great delivery too and a decent price. You don't need anything else, not even an umbrella or waterproof trousers. Thanks
Had to return a coat and this company are just not interested in the problem. All my fault that the pocket has come away. So much for a 40 day return’s guarantee. Will never buy from them again
Ordered a coat for my wife. Paid by card. Never received it. Still waiting for refund . Owner said it showed up as a possible risky transaction yet he never contacted me to tell me. He said he has refunded me but it's still not appeared into my account
BE CAREFUL - coat was lovely but by the time it arrived I'd had to buy one elsewhere. Sent it back the day it arrived but they've not refunded the full amount - with no explanation why. Tried emailing but no response. Very annoying to have to now go down the ombudsman route.
