I ordered 3 items. One was too small. They initially tried to offer me a partial refund but reluctantly sent me return instructions and agreed to send the refund within 7-15 days. One item was unable to be produced due to not having enough pre orders. They wanted me to order something else but reluctantly agreed to just refund the money. The final item looked nothing like the picture. I got no response when I reached out about it. I will never buy again from this company ever again. I don’t think they gave these items. I think they get orders and attempt to make the item based on the picture of it. This company is fraudulent and a big rip off. If you do order, it’s at your own risk. You definitely need to pay using a third party that will ensure you get your money back if you need to.

Have order a black and gold dress from the second week of March and still waiting to receive my order the last time I checked the order is still waiting to be shipped am so disappointed and spending my money with loragal this will be the first and last ordering from company

I ordered a jumpsuit and I was advise that it may not get to me in time and they refund my money back to me.

I bought this dress hoping to wear it for a particular event, but unfortunately, it arrived after three weeks, which was neither advertised nor stated on the website. After making the purchase, I did not receive any delivery notification or updates on when the item would arrive. It was only after I contacted them through their Facebook chat box that they responded.
When the package was finally delivered this week, the packaging itself was torn, which shows a great disregard for their customers. The dress itself is also of very poor quality. I would suggest not buying from them.

I purchased a dress and what arrived looked nothing like the picture. I requested a refund, they wanted me to keep the dress for 50% off, stating it would be to costly to return. I refused. They made another offer, I refused and another I refused. Finally they agreed to the return. They have confirmed receipt of my dress weeks ago, but have been stringing me along with my refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Any reply you see from this company is only to save face, they are not trustworthy and not working to resolve any of these issues. You have been warned. If I could give no stars I would.

This dress is elegant enough for church, and cute enough for brunch or a date—I love it! The fabric is smooth, lightweight, and wrinkle-resistant. Shipping was also very fast, even to my local area. The item is exactly as pictured. The stitching is neat, the fit is perfect, and the overall shopping experience was fantastic.

March 27, 2026, my sister and I ordered the same dress, on the same day, within the same hour. She and I both have not yet received our purchase. In fact, she and I both order status shows it as awaiting to be shipped. It says it will ship ASAP. Clearly, that's not happened. Bad Business!

Ladies, make the malls great again. Go in-store and find something beautiful that you'll love and can return if necessary. Don't waste your time with this online foolishness Loragal slanging!

This company is a scam you cannot get your return for the rubbish items on there website poor quality don't let these dresses on their website fools you guys they do not like to refund your money back it is a hassle to get a refund.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order from Loragal. Clothing are cheaply made. They just steal people images to use as their own. When you get the items, they are nothing like what you viewed online. Additionally, the return process is RIDICULOUS. As of the writing of this review I am still waiting over a month now for my refund and I returned all their items and they confirm receipt of it. They have over $350 of my hard earned money and they are refusing to give it back. They keep sending me emails that they are processing it but really they are not. I wish I would have read these reviews before hand. I plan to expose them on every social media platform to warn other buyers. Biggest scammer! You are better off ordering from Shein or Fashion Nova.

I'm a Black woman who loves suits—they make getting ready to go out so easy. This outfit felt like it was tailor-made. The fabric is soft and doesn't wrinkle easily, and the actual color is even better than the pictures. This website has many suits, each one unique, and this one met my expectations. I would definitely buy from them again.

I love the clothing that is available. However, shipping takes entirely to long. I ordered a shirt on 3-11-26 and still have not received it. Looking like it will take a month. Not worth it! I won't be ordering anything else, and will be cautioning my friends. Loragal sucks!!

I ordered an outfit 02-09. I didn't receive it after a while and followed up. They informed me then that it was a preorder, which was not communicated before. I then waited longer and the item still wasn't received. I emailed them again telling them to cancel my order and send my money back. They kept saying wait an additional couple days every time I asked about the status of my refund. Still I received no updates. It's been 22 days since they said they would issue my refund and I haven't received it.

I ordered a dress and the color was supposed to be green and it arrived yellow. The material was supposed to be a silky polyester material but came feeling much like cotton. Not at all what I ordered for my birthday. I reached out to customer service and got this generic discount/refund response and I’m forced to eat shipping costs when I would have never ordered the dress in the first place if I was given an accurate description. Also, I have attempted to post reviews on the site to warn others and provide an accurate description of the dress before they buy it but I believe Loragal keeps deleting the rating and review.

I don't know if people are being paid to write good review about this clothing site. They absolutely do not deserve even a zero. I ordered 3 clothes from them. Those clothes looks and feels like they just melted nylon and lay it on a sheet to dry. Total rubbish and nasty that they shipped to my house. I have never seen a thing like this. Please people, I think these people are using some kind of AI to create reviews. Those fabrics are not even fabrics. Please don't waste money buying from these people. It is a total scam. They will scam you of your money.
