I ordered 10.5 tog duvet and Tartan duvet set of Libby. She very helpful nothing was to much for her she spent some time with me to help me chose what bed set I would need being an older gent I wast certain what I was looking for. The duvet was so much thicker than i expected. Amazing products super fast delivery and amazing customer service. Highly recommend Lotties and Libby.

I have bought a few things now from Elizabeth Low and I can honestly say I’m not just amazed at the quality of the items, I’m massively amazed at the customer service I’ve received from Elizabeth. She always goes out of her way to help and keeps me updated as much as possible on deliveries. Nothing is ever too much for her. All my items have been delivered very quickly and have been in perfect condition.

Sarah is an absolute gem, and I recommend people joining her group as she is amazing! As far as lotties goes, everything has arrived in a few days and i was generally shocked at the quick and efficient postage, defo will be ordering a lot more in the coming weeks
