I was so pleased to find Lotus via an online search. The high reviews are not wrong, and I am pleased with our choice to use them. While other companies continually phoned and emailed me to try and win our business, I received one polie email from Graham with a quote and was left in peace to read reviews and decide myself. I'm very happy with the outcome. Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and full of insight. The report we have received is wonderfully detailed and a great help.

We used Lotus for a level 3 on a 1930s house. Jennifer provided us with a comprehensive report detailing every issue and potential issue with recommendations for repair. A lot of things we would have definitely missed or thought nothing off. Turnaround for report was rapid considering the detail. We now have a clear roadmap for repairs which would have likely cost way more down the line. Whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, can't ask for more. Thanks :)

Great communications from Graham throughout the process. Jennifer provided a detailed quality 73 page report of the property with photos and recommendations, which was provided promptly following the survey date. Highly recommend.

From first contact to receiving the report, it was a very stress-free process with everything fully explained. This is the first time using a surveyor and so I was unaware of what to expect in a report, but the detail and explanations were very understandable and has helped me to collate a to-do list before and after the move.

I had been given some wrong information and contacted Lotus Surveyors it turned out was in error, but despite this I was treated courteously and very helpfully, I was given some very helpful guidance regardless. A big thank you.

It was easy to book the survey, which was carried out as arranged. The report was back within two day. Jennifer wrote a thorough, clear and detailed report, which identified a few issues that I got checked out. The only disappointment was not having the garage checked out because there wasn't a key on the key chain, but there was one in the kitchen. A call to the estate agent would have identified where it was. Sadly, there are a few issues in the garage. Apart from that I've given 4 stars but it would have been five.

Very responsive and helpful advice when deciding which level survey was best for our property. Survey was booked in very quickly. Fast turnaround for the homebuyers report which was incredibly detailed at 73 pages. Over 140 images were included which was very helpful to see issues, a previous company we used for a survey did not include this. Report was written in a an easy to understand way and helped us to decide to proceed with the property and create a to do list when we moved in

From my first initial enquiry Lotus where very quick to respond, with clear information and easy to understand details. The Surveyors report was very detailed with photographs . It was very thorough and Professional. Each part of yhe report was detailed and where possible photographs and easy to understand language was used, as im not familiar with these kinds of things .It came when promised and was carried out to a very high standard .
I will definately recommend them to friends snd family and will almost certainly use them again .
They have saved me lots of expense with costly repairs on a property I was interested in .
It's well worth getting a survey done and I highly recommend Lotus.
