Loup Jewels Reviews

Great communication. Very responsive and offered options.

I received the ring on time and customer service was always responsive and quick to reply. . . very friendly and very helpful in choosing which ring to choose/purchase. . . first of many.

Amazing communication and customer service. I had a couple of queries which were answered straight away. My ring is even nicer than I expected. Really fast shipping too.

Consistent communication, great service, beautiful product. Could not recommend more.

Very helpful staff with quick replies to emails. only disappointment in the service was the box the ring was delivered in , when buying vintage jewelry you would expect the ring to be presented in a vintage style jewelry box. The box that the ring came in made the ring look cheap.

Excellent communication. Item exactly as described. Beautifully packaged. Highly recommend Loup

I'm not sure if I've left a review yet, but came to say again what a supportive and helpful purchase and shipping experience this was, Louise was relentlessly helpful to my issues - and a happy ending! The ring is even more beautiful than imagined, I receive compliments each time I wear it, and have confirmed well priced for the quality !
Thank you Louise!

Second order and I love it!

Fantastic experience with Loup. Beautiful ring and when it arrived, earlier than expected, was exactly as described.
Highly recommend their service.

Bought a stunning diamond antique ring from here, sadly it’s a bit small but I can fix that. The only negative points, communication is slow and postage is slower
However item is beautiful

Amazing quality, top notch customer service and responsiveness - a trusted seller who goes above and beyond for her customers! I’ve made multiple purchases and will keep looking out for more amazing pieces!

Needed my purchase to be delivered at short notice and Louise was fantastic in accommodating my needs. Lovely jewellery, would strongly recommend.

Beautiful petite ring, just lovely 🥰

Louise made dealing with Loup jewels a very easy experience, from first taking my enquiry to having the item sized and with me on the day that was arranged . It’s not often I find someone so on top of there job like this . Great job and thanks so much

Lovely item and swift service

Beautiful ring, great communication and speedy delivery

Loup Jewels offers beautiful craftsmanship and exceptional service. Louise was responsive to all my queries, making the online purchase stress-free. My ring arrived ahead of schedule, perfectly matching the photos. The communication about resizing and delivery was clear and efficient. A stunning piece; I’m absolutely delighted. Would highly recommend for unique and special jewellery!

Lovely vintage ring, professionally packaged in a quality ring box- with a personal, handwritten note, which was a wonderful touch.

Very quick delivery with secure, signed for postage!

Always such a beautiful selection of jewellery. One of my favourite accounts to follow on Instagram because it's all so varied and carefully curated. Feel very lucky to have snapped up my ring in the Valentine's drop. Fast and secure delivery. Highly recommended.
