Shyama was excellent to deal with.
I was typically busy/distracted when making the initial enquiry, but Shyama was quick to understand my budget, needs and to make very clear suggestions.
All follow-up info/emails were clear and concise and I felt supported throughout the whole process.
10/10 would recommend.

Very helpful, and imformative

Love Cuba went above and beyond to make this a fabulous trip for myself and my friend on our 65th birthdays.
The information provided beforehand was very complete and we had all the answers to our questions.
They called us immediately when we got confused in France (!) and the reps in Havana and Varadero were both very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the excellent and knowledgeable company.

Where do i start! we went on a tour with love Cuba and stayed in the following hotels The Inglaterra Havana loud music from the front of the hotel and the roof terrace made this hotel unbearable. The Los Jazmines Vinales the only saving grace of this hotel are the stunning views from the balcony as it is a complete dump. Then we were stunned by The Mystique Trinidad La Poppa an amazing hotel with massive rooms in wonderful setting and fianaly The Grand Aston Varadero supposed ly the newest hotel in the resort but definitely not the best. The room smelt very musty on entering a smell which lingered for our 5 day stay. It had 2 beds one of which had stains both on the top cover and sheet during our stay all our clothes were constantly damp in the wardrobe and the beach at this hotel is awful full of rubbish and the hotel location is very isolated. Despite this Cuba is amazing my suggestion to travellers is pick a nice centrally located hotel in Varadero and do all the other parts of Cuba on day trips.

Laura at Love Cuba went the extra mile with my requesting checking prices for different hotels before we settled for a different hotel which Laura had recommended, and on looking it up we both agreed it looks and sound lovely, plus all the reviews were positive.

Charmaine is BRILLIANT, very helpful and knows her product.

Tony has been extremely helpful and informative in all our dealings.

Tony was helpful & efficient from my first initial phone call, where I was after a quote. 2 emails and a phone call later, I had booked with him. He explained everything, holiday documents were sent over before he finished for the day. He has also set a calendar reminder to come back to me regarding booking seats. I will add another review once the holiday has taken place.

I contacted Love Cuba with regards to a potential trip to Cuba this summer. I couldn’t find anything on their website that suited me but I spoke to Laura in the office. She couldn’t have been more polite, helpful and so knowledgeable about Cuba itself. I had loads of questions which she answered perfectly. It's a very friendly team and they helped you to sort out your holiday trip. I had used for the past 3 years and always delivered it, only thing is price is getting higher every time but rather than that they get you to where you want to go in Cuba.
