I ordered a bouquet originally priced at £29.99 with a very good discount down to £16.99 paid £6 Delivery on top for next day Delivery as stated on their website unfortunately flowers did not arrive until Monday afternoon. The flowers were significantly disappointing in fact no better than a bunch you would buy at a supermarket or garage for around £5. I did send some photographs to lovely flora however they were unwilling to recognise the inconsistency in the quality of the bunch advertised on the website and what they actually sent me , the bunch is significantly larger online and mine was missing the advertise greenery when I bought this to their attention they were totally unhelpful. To save disappointment and poor customer service goto the supermarket would be my advice. I would love to post the photographs on this review however I am unable to. I would suggest you stay well away from this company.

Really appalling service! Use them twice in one month. One was late by two days and the other didn’t arrive at all. Upon writing to them they will repeatedly inform you that the selected delivery date is a guide and not a guarantee and that deliveries will be made within one to 2 working days of the selected delivery date. No apology, no remorse and no refund. Avoid using them at all cost.

I looked online for a company who could deliver flowers for my daughter. Lovely floral came up with next day delivery.I placed an order but unfortunately she didn't receive the flowers the next day as promised and requested. When I complained to the company, their response was that the expected delivery date was a guide only. Think they're the only online florist Ive ever used where the delivery date was a guide. Avoid

Horrible flowers, horrible customer service, horrible company overall.
My partner ordered a bouquet to be delivered for Valentine’s Day, with ‘gaurenteed delivery in time’ to receive an email on the day saying delivery had been delayed. He was unable to cancel the order so emailed (after spending a large amount of time searching for a contact address to begin with!), not receiving a response until Monday instructing him to reject the order or pay for the flowers. We were no longer at the property when they were delivered, as we were away for valentines. The people at the property tried to reject them, but postman would not allow this as a option. So partner has paid for flowers that a random lady has now benefitted from. Furthermore, we sent photographs of the flowers when they arrived and not only were they late, but also wilted, dry? Waterless & 2 flowers short! A bouquet of 12 was ordered, but only 10 delivered. After emails back and forth with ‘LovelyFlora’ world they have refused to acknowledge any of the issues with the bouquet, claiming there is ‘nothing wrong with them’.
Disgusting customer service, would not recommend to anyone! Save your money and support a local florist!!

The flowers were awful . When they arrived three of the roses were already bent over . Unfortunately they were sent to me for mum whose funeral was the next day , (Tuesday) by Wednesday I re cut them fresh water etc , but by Thursday all drooped . I have tried contacting the company, but no response. Absolutely disappointed, the worst flowers I have ever received

I have used Lovely Flora World several times in the past and have always had a good experience, which is why this order was particularly disappointing.

I placed an order late on a Saturday evening and selected a specific delivery date, which was offered as an option on the website. I later received an email saying the flowers would arrive a day later. When I queried this, I was sent the same generic response twice, clearly copy and pasted, explaining that delivery dates are only a guide. This was not clearly stated during the booking process, and the issue was never properly engaged with.

More concerning was the bouquet itself. The flowers delivered did not match the images shown on the website. The advertised bouquet is predominantly red, particularly the roses, but the arrangement received contained a large amount of yellow flowers. When I raised this and provided photos for comparison, this issue was completely ignored in the responses I received.

Overall, the lack of clarity during booking, combined with generic copy and paste replies and a failure to address the actual product discrepancy, resulted in a level of customer service well below expectations. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to use this company again.

I ordered some flowers for Valentines to be told Please note that the selected delivery date is a guide and not a guarantee.
Deliveries will be made within 1-3 working days of the selected delivery date, during busy periods - such as valentines.
However, if your order is placed after 5pm which is our cut off time for next day delivery, Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the day after. It is now day 4 and still no flowers. I have requested a refund and have been ignored. It's a pity because the first time I used them I ordered flowers from Cananda.

Awful company. Customer service are awful aswell. Avoid buying as they won’t be delivered.

Do not touch this place with a barge poll paid 70 pounds for what I thought was two bouquets of lovely red roses to be delivered on a certain date they did not arrive i tried contacting them no reply then order turns up 2 days later by royal mail two bunches of roses bone dry in boxes when I say I've seen alot better bunches in tesco for 10 pound is an understatement honestly so I contacting them to voice my concerns was told that at peak times delivery's can be delayed and that they will not be refunding no mention of possible delays at time of purchase were happy to take my money honestly stay away from this place.

Me and my partner were not able to see each other this valentines. This company made me able to buy beautiful flowers for her nonetheless. I'm very satisfied and the shipping was right on time.

Oreded a Red and Pink Rose Bouquet on 10th Feb for Delivery to my Wifes workplace on the 13th to avoid the valentines rush. The flowers eventually arrived on Monday the 16th Feb, brown crusty and not even the correct colour. They sent Yellow and Pink which is a vile colour combinatio. Embarrasing for me and embarrassing for my wife having a sub par bouquet of crap flowers delivered infront of her work colleagues. Customer service is as dead as my flowers, claiming the flowers are fine (despite being wrong colour and crusty) I wouldn't use these cowboys again if my life depended on it. Stick with Eflorist and Interflora...you'll pay more but at least you get what you ordered and they will last more than 24 hours and be delievred on time.

Do not order customer service is rubbish i ordered a certain large bunch but when arrived a day late was very dissapointed definetly didnt look anything like what was in picture and there was meant to be roses there was none also no ribbon around flowers as described in descrition broken flowers and stems with no flowers on and no loose ones in box i definitly wouldnt call what i got large so if you buy a certain bunch just be warned they can swap them for any flower without letting you know very poor company

Ordered flowers Thursday and paid for next day delivery. On Friday got an email stating royal mail will deliver Saturday, i asked the company for a refund as needed the delivery Friday and the work office was closed Saturday so no one to take delivery.
I was advise no refund as advised to read small print re delivery so asked for a different address for delivery on the Saturday.
This was not granted so they emailed to say delivery Monday. They arrived and clearly lacking water and dried from being boxed since Thursday.
I ended up getting 14 roses from Morrisons for £6 just so i had some.
Do not use this site, terrible service.
