Everyone loved the Photobooth. The process to order , receive, setup and return was easy to follow as there was great communication, documentation and customer support.

The equipment arrived two days ahead of time, and although the manual was a bit thin on information the set up was easy enough. The really pleasant part was the amount of rapid support I was able to get from their team. They answered my questions quickly and clearly, and implemented my requested settings in minutes not hours. At the event everyone had a great time at the "photo booth", and the photos are wonderful.

The process was very easy. It was a big hit at our party.

I used the LoveStream booth with the printer for a birthday party. I wasn't sure at first what I would be getting or that they would just send me an iPad. It was encouraging to read that the business is small owned and seemed to be successful. The booth, customer service (I knew I was communicating with a real person ahead of time), support, and responsiveness was PERFECT. We were even able to rush ship it to get here on time. It was super easy to set up and use. Everything was a more reasonable cost than other photo booths I had looked at. The booth was such a fun addition to my party, the guests had a blast, and would definitely use LoveStream again

The setup was very easy and quick. Our guest loved having the Photo Booth and it was well priced. I think this was a very easy and fun way to get wedding guest up and to have a keepsake from the day.

The equipment came nicely packaged. The setup was quick and easy, with very detailed instructions. Communication from staff was remarkable. We'll definitely use it again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my recent experience with Lovestream’s Photo Booth!

The whole process was really simple. Lovestream made it really easy to sign up for the product, customize the product, use the product and return it.

My party guests (and I) loved the Photo Booth and had a blast with the different filters and offerings. We loved being able to access the photos instantly and share via text/email, etc. It definitely elevated the party!

Lastly, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! They were super responsive, helpful and kind!

If you are considering a Photo Booth rental, do yourself a favor and rent from Lovestream. They are top notch !

This company reserved my photo booth, took $550 from my account and then told me on the day of the event that they could not provide the photo booth. On their site they claim that if they cannot for some reason provide the photo booth that they will find another photo booth and that they would pay for it. It has been 3 weeks and the company has not refunded me the $550. They never provided the photo booth from their company and obviously not any other photo booth. Therefore my event did not have the photo booth and I was out $550 and ended up not being able to use any Services because I did not have the funds and it is 3 weeks out and after four emails and a call they are still not responding.

It was a scam that now requires legal action to get back all of my hard-earned money plus all the issues they caused by Breaking a contract and legally binding business transaction terms.

Do Not Use this service. They Must have fake accounts setting up fake good reviews because there has been Zero cooperation from this business.

We used Lovestream for my daughter’s high school graduation party and everyone loved it. Easy to use and share the photos. Worth every penny.

Love stream made it considerably easy to rent a Photo Booth and very affordable. Customer service was great especially since I was having a bit of hard time creating the border. They worked with me and was able toto use the border I created. Easy to set up and the Photo Booth was a hit at my daughter’s party! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

LoveStream was an amazing portable photo booth experience! You are sent a kit with detailed step-by-step instructions on how to assemble the photo taking stand. It’s super straight-forward. Only a few steps. You screw the circle light to the stand, attach the iPad to the stand, and plug everything in. The printer was also super easy to set up. The iPad connected via cellular wifi (its own, not your wifi) to the printer’s WiFi, and then it’s ready! At our grad party, almost every guest took photos and printed out cute photo strips and photos as keepsakes. The app on the iPad was easy to use! Great photos! Super cute! You can text, email, or print photos! You can also make a gif! LoveStream also texted me the day-of to be available for questions, but we were good; we had no issues or questions at all. Start to finish, a wonderful, fun experience for all!

Make sure you understand if your event is canceled, you will not receive any refund. Instead, they'll offer credit. Because that's what everyone wants when they cancel an event, credit.

The photobooth was a great addition to our Bring Your Child to Work event. The families loved the photobooth option. They enjoyed having a digital option and a print option.

Having the ability to video call with tech-support was top-notch. Easy rental, reasonable price, super fun pictures.

They were very responsive when I had questions before and after booking. They were able to ship the unit to our hotel since we couldn’t receive it at the wedding venue, and it arrived with perfect timing for us! When we had some tech issues during set up the tech help was fantastic and it got resolved quickly. Our guests loved it! The company really paid attention to the information I provided about the design for the prints and the design looked just like I wanted it to! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding a wonderful event!

The Photo Booth was perfect for our event. I thought it was easy to setup and operate. We opted for the high speed printer and had more than enough paper and ink to last the event. The one thing that stood out to me from the booking process all the way until the shipping was the exceptional customer service. We had a few time sensitive issues that needed to be addressed throughout and it was very easy to message with someone for immediate support. I would use this company again.

We rented a photo booth for our wedding, and it was amazing! It shipped directly to our venue, was incredibly easy to set up, and just as easy to send back afterward. We absolutely love all of our photos—they perfectly capture the fun and authenticity of the night. The customer service was fantastic as well.
