What a lovely welcoming shop got lots off my piercing from the lovely crystal, she’s so sweet and guided me in the right direction, being so honest about what I should get and what would work. Helping me clean all my piercings and change them for me. The stuff are so smiley and so chatty what makes the experience more comfortable. Just in general best customer service. Will definitely be coming back 😁😁

Ear piercing at Cabot circus after 4pm 28th May 2026 was awful. I did not see the girl clean the ear piercing equipment. When I requested it was cleaned she got upset. The merely passed it over on the handle part not the actual part that goes on skin. I should have walked out then. She put extra force on my left ear in particular for a long time while I was exclaiming in pain to stop. She responding by smiling - She has black hair. My ear is still red and swollen 2 weeks after. Bad hygiene for ear piercing.

I visited Lovisa in Harrow recently and my mum got four ear piercings done. Upasna was lovely, she explained the whole process very calmly and took the time to answer all my mum’s questions. The piercings were done very gently as well. Overall, it was a really nice experience and great service.

I was served by Enya at the Lovisa Metrocentre store yesterday and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me, was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about finding exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding and she deserves massive appreciation. Thank you, Enya — you made my day!

Had my ears pierced in Braintree today, a total disaster.
The back clip came of overnight, when I went back to shop the assistant manager had to contact a manager in a Essex shop to advise her how she would sort the problem. I ended up with ear pierced again in a different place and she couldn't put in the same earring which I had in my hand without paying £46 so I ended up with a different bauble to keep the piercing open. The jewellery in shop you can buy direct from China. Do avoid .

I had my ears pierced today by Cerys she was so lovely friendly such a sweet person made the experience so nice as I was a bit scared would recommend coming to lovisa jewellery is beautiful will be coming back for more piercings in the future

I won't go into much detail but lovisa staff in Poole yesterday were exceptional whilst myself and daughter were having a bit of a crisis (not of their doing). Just wanted to show our appreciation and thanks

My experience at lovisa designer wembley outlet was great. I had my ear piercing done by OZI and she was really great, gentle and patient. Thankyou for the lovely experience.

We went to Basingstoke branch to get our baby’s ears pierced. The staff were absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t ask for a better service. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and great with my daughter. I would definitely recommend people to come here for their piercings.

Went in the Southampton store today where I got a piercing all the staff was amazing so chatty and helpful spoke to me the whole way through when the man did it the women came over and said it look really nice all the three members were lovely thank you

lola served us today at kingsgate and she was so so sweet, really easy to talk too really friendly and a genuine soul, she wears her heart on her sleeve

me and my friends went to the one in Maidstone and the lady who was called jade was lovely and kind overall experience was amazing definitely recommend

They genuinely have horrible service, they told me their jewellery was legit but it turned a different colour once l got a piercing. I went there and asked them to take it off me and they couldn’t take off the jewellery they pierced me like how ridiculous is that, now l have to book a GP cause l have a weird irritation from my ears and it’s cause of my jewellery l even asked to change but they couldn’t.
