Bought two victron cables on Amazon 1.8 mtr twice 5mtr cables arrived . Bought a victron cable on eBay turned out to be the same company got another 5mtr cable. Wtf ? Bought a 12-24 10A convertor on Amazon 99 pound they sent me a 10a dc to dc converter worth 50 old style version . Opinion crooks be warned . Cost me time and money time to take back to post office and interest on my credit card and I have to buy all items all again from another company avoid at all costs low energy crook market .

Draught excluder Stormguard EPDM ordered from Amazon. All good.

Bought a water saving shower head which works well. Good price and free delivery, all good.

Tried to place an order. Said I hadn’t entered an email address. I had. Tried repeatedly. Then thought, I know, I’ll buy it from the same supplier via B&Q. B&Q checkout process failed. Clearly some major IT grief in this company. Avoid.

"Probably one of my WORST EXPERIENCES on eBay. Seller sent the wrong item I advised them then they asked for photo which I supplied then they asked for the pickers name on the invoice presumably to chastise them Then I was asked to work with Evri or as more appropriately named Nevri me having to print off return labels to return the incorrect item including the invoice before they would send me the correct LED driver I had ordered. Now in the hands of eBay for resolution. BUYERS BEWARE "

Purchased a Victron 6 port bus bar because I wanted a quality product however this is not quite the case with this item. Made in China, the protective see through cover will not stay connected to the bus bar. The moulded tangs, one each end will not locate into the desired position, dissapointing.

Caveat Emptor
The shower Head is Too Heavy for use in a Motorhome or Caravan (it falls out of the holder when you are traveling with the obvious potential for damage to the cubical. If the Digital Shower Timer is to be believed then it uses a lot of water 25 - 30 lt for a shower? And some Motorhomes have shower taps with 3/8 connection and there is no offer of a reducer. Ummm I got that one wrong

Needed a new switch for my holiday cottage out in the back of beyond. Thought I’d risk it coming next week, when I wasn’t still here, but actually the product was shipped promptly and got to me the next day.

I recently purchased a Chimney Sheep draught excluder through Amazon. It arrived well packaged and in good time. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Very disappointed with the service provided by Low Energy Supermarket.

I ordered some loft legs on a Friday lunchtime and paid nearly £12 for next day delivery. I almost immediately got an email from DHL to say they were expecting my parcel. Brilliant, or so I thought. That was as far as it went. It is now Monday and there is still no sign of the parcel being delivered today. I have lost an entire weekends work, which has delayed my plans considerably.

I called customer service to enquire about the delivery but unfortunately this company only works Monday to Friday, which in the modern logistics world seems woefully quaint. I called first thing Monday morning (during the advertised opening hours) only to be answered by a machine saying no-one was available to take my call; they then continued to direct me to the sales email address I had already sent an email to (with no response).

My impression is that this is a 1 or 2 person company pretending to be a larger company capable of providing large company customer service. I would suggest shopping around to find another company for your products.

Ordered a 16”x6” “ Chimney Sweep” via eBay for a 7”x3” rectangular letter box size flue. I thought it was going to be too large but it actually does the job perfectly. Being made of sheep’s wool it actually compresses very nicely into the hole. It arrived the day after I ordered it.

I purchased a ceiling airer from this company (via the B&Q website, which I didn’t realise sold third-party products). These items have to be screwed into wooden support beams. I measured the place where I wanted the airer to hang, drilled pilot holes following the instructions, and as I screwed the pulley into the ceiling, the metal snapped. I now have a metal bolt sticking out of my ceiling, but not enough for me to be able to unscrew it using pliers or any tool. We are going to have to cut the surrounding plaster to be able to remove or cut it. If we cut it, I will need to drill new holes and move the other pulley.

I contacted the company for support and to advise them of the damage that has been caused and the further damage that will be required to fix an issue with their faulty product. This is covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987. I advised that either they could source a tradesperson to fix the issue, or I could arrange this and they could cover the costs.

The company appears to believe it is above UK law and, between one-line responses, attempts to blame the customer for incorrect installation (I am not the UK’s strongest woman; there is no way I could snap metal when screwing in the pulley by hand — there had to be a defect in the metal), and sending their terms and conditions, which attempt to absolve themselves of any responsibility (though it clearly states in the T&Cs that statutory consumer rights are not affected, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

The company is very clearly ran by cowboys, I would suggest avoiding any business with them as they do not care for the customer and do not understand UK law either.

Utterly disappointed with this, we've only just bought the house the celing needed nothing doing to it. Now I've got to cut holes in it to remove a faulty product and potentially drill more holes for a new airer (which I will be buying from somewhere else).

We had a Lithium battery problem on our campervan - the Bluetooth module in the battery was faulty. We couldn't determine the battery temperature as an indication of whether it was charging in extreme cold conditions. Low Energy Supermarket were able to supply a Victron battery temperature sensor which connected to our 'smart shunt'. Cheaper and easier than replacing the battery itself as now all works as it should! Very quick service and good price. Thank you!

This company are a waste of time. Promotes fast delivery. I waited for a week for my order to be delivered after complaining. When it arrived there was items missing from my order due to this I could not do the Job the materials were for and lost the Job . Total waste of time. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Useful descriptions on website to help me find the product I needed. (For DIY stuff, this is rare!) Dispatched quickly even over Christmas. Can't fault them
