Good product poor support service
Good product poor (non existent) technical support.
I understand they want to pass their support to third party contractors.
But when you upgrade to a new version (16) and customers are reporting:
1) Loxone Config terminated due to an error!
2) Reboot due to watchdog (00000004)
You need to have minimum decency to support your low quality assurance. Sometimes you may learn from this and make better products.

It was no SD card issue, or skills issue. It was a upgrade issue on Automatic Designer who fails (I reproduced and shared the scenario), then more fatal errors with Loxone config.
Restoring an older backup (before version 16, fixed the problem) as well identifying the invalid rule that worked on v15 but doesn’t work on v16.
As I’m saying they only send you to third parties instead reading your case. You can replace them with Chat GPT and get better support service. At least Chat GPt reads your message.
