The connection App didn't work so we have no access code yet. There is NO phone to ring on weekends so now we have to go to the office first thing tomorrow.
And the App doesn’t autosize to all phones so it’s extremely difficult to read.

There was no information provided. Everything I learned about using the unit I had to find out by myself. It was ridiculous and a waste of time. No one was available on the day I booked the move in. I had no idea which building was which. Very unsatisfactory.

Cathy is lovely to deal with and the ease in moving in was effortless. Amenities are quite impressive also. Quite cost effective and very reasonable rates for what you are offered. Certainly would recommend. 👍🙂

The Lovley lady who works behind the desk at the Burleigh storage units was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease as I was stressed out with my move. She was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service! It's rare these days! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They fixed up the mess I made of my online booking quickly and painlessly and I was back on track in no time. 100% recommend.

Being able to open the entry gate with one click on the app is super easy. Driving the RV to the spot took 1 minute. A friendly employee was walking around checking on things. Lots of cameras around. Feels very secure.
