Great guys! Friendly, responsive. I knew them from last year. This year we did not plan to rent a car, however our plans changed and they found us a car right away. They brought it to where we stayed and also picked it up from there a couple of days later. Personalized service that you don't get from any other big car rental company. I wish we had these guys in every country we go to:)

Abbiamo innumerevoli esperienze sul noleggio auto sia in Italia che all’estero, ma il noleggio fatto a Sofia con lucky rent car li supera di gran lungo tutte. Ci hanno Risposto sempre ancora prima di effettuare la prenotazione, disponibilità e cordialità si leggevano già dalle risposte ai nostri messaggi. Il nostro aereo è atterrato all’ 1.00 AM, abbiamo trovato un incaricato ad attenderci all’aeroporto, ci ha consegnato l’auto direttamente al parcheggio aiutandoci perfino con i bagagli,riuscivamo tranquillamente a comunicare in inglese.
Tsvetan è una persona disponibilissima e cordiale, si è reso disponibile addirittura durante i nostri otto giorni di permanenza. Al ritorno ci sono venuti incontro direttamente all’aeroporto, lasciandoci proprio davanti all’entrata del terminal 2.
L’auto nuovissima e super equipaggiata. È stato un’esperienza davvero top.
Indubbiamente ci sono Rent Car che costano meno ma la serietà e la professionalità di questa agenzia non ha prezzo.
