Scammers, they stole my money and won't help me
Scammers! Months later and I still have not received my product. Do not order from this company. As I didn’t pay insurance on top of the delivery costs they will not accept responsibility for the fact that it hadn’t been delivered. They tell me take it up with courier but the courier tells me to sort it out with them. Just going round and round in circles and I'm annoyed and stressed. No item and I'm money down, literally just stolen my money and done a runner at this point.
Their "Happiness Guarantee" is a lie
I've been a customer of LuckyVitamin since 2018, and placed several orders over the year.
Recently I experienced an issue with FedEx not delivering my item despite marking it as delivered. After contacting their support via their chat function online, the rep Francis told me they wouldn't resend the order or offer a refund.
After asking them to see if there was any way to help me out, they told me they'd be back after 2-3 minutes but instead disconnected the chat after 15 minutes.
I then reached out to customer service via their text option, and this time no response. I followed up three days in a row and still haven't heard back (now almost two weeks later).
I ended up filing a claim through PayPal since that was my payment method. Afterwards their support reached out via email to confirm they would indeed resend my order. Finally, right? Not quite....after part of the order was in transit I received an email stating my backordered item was cancelled and no refund would be given. This prompted me to check the tracking for the new order and saw that the order was being returned back to the sender per their request!
I've been asking them for more information over the past few days as to what's going on with my replacement order but now I've once again being given the silent treatment.
I find it incredibly messed up how they're treating a long time customer over one missing order.
Terrible customer service
I made an order with luckyvitimin. However, I realized I didn't need the order and tried to cancel it within an hour or 2 of it being made.
The customer service representative would not help me and told me the order could not be cancelled. He would not do a single thing to help me and kept telling it could not be done. Very little effort put in to cancel and the order had not yet been shipped.
Terrible customer service. Hopefully the order delivery is better, even though I don't want it.

At the very least, check pricing every step of the way when placing an order. I caught the deletion of "free shipping" and the add of $8.81 to the total bill before I ordered, thankfully!
Never got my parcel, lost $52 and lots of time
The company basically stole my money ($52). I placed an order (#LV19393348) but never got the parcel. The company refuses to make a refund. This is dishonest.
Avoid Unless You Enjoy Being Hassled!!
Ordered from this company in October. Kept track of shipping info to ensure that we were home when package was scheduled to arrive. Delivery date was changed twice but we were home ALL day during that time period. No call on our apartment intercom and nothing received.
Lucky Vitamins now refuses to follow up to get to the bottom of what happened. They expect me to follow up with the shipper and also neighbors, tenants.... in our large apartment complex. They will not budge on this and have not offered a refund either.
As this is not my fault at all, I expected them to find out what this particular driver did with my order/parcel. Obviously lost or delivered to someone else or shipped back to their depot. IF the driver had simply called us on the intercom NONE of this would have happened.
I still need a refund and I want other people to know that this is not a reputable company to order from. It's been awful trying to deal with them and still nothing resolved.

20 days later still no package. On enquiry they replied to say I had only paid standard delivery therefore contact my local customs and pay additional charges to receive my order.

How to turn a negative into a positive...
This an updated review of my interaction with Lucky Vitamin following the negative review I had placed August 11th 2022.
I was contacted by a member of their management team who helped sort out the problems I had been having with their customer service team, and I was issued with a full refund for the order that had been failed entry to Ireland.
I had been explaining to customer service that there was an issue with a Taric code, that had been the reason for the refusal by Irish customs to allow the delivery enter the country. After talking with their management and explaining the issue, as I had been told of it, they looked further into it and found that they indeed had the incorrect import codes for their orders as the EU had changed their import procedure's/codes at the start of 2022 but it seems that companies such as this were not informed of the changes. Lucky Vitamin have now taken steps to rectify the coding error for future orders, and when everything has been corrected, and I have assurances that the order can be properly completed, I shall be making another order with the company.
This matter has been settled for me and I look forward to doing business with Lucky Vitamin again in the future.
Anyone within the EU need to be aware of the new import/taxation rules that were brought in, because if the supplier is not aware of the new import codes the package will come up as prohibited items that your countries customs service will refuse them entry. As a customer we can only ask the supplier if their codes are correct and in order, but we cannot change them ourselves.
The one issue that the company must look into is the '90 day return policy', especially for international orders. That rule needs to be changed and handled on a case by case basis.

Scam website - do not order
I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I placed an order online for this website and the order never came. I contacted customer services to only find out that apparently my item was ‘uninsured’ and so they can’t refund me. Money gone and no answer. Clearly I’m not the first one. Disgraceful and I’m surprised they’re still allowed to trade.

A fraudulent website and disgraceful customer service!
A fraudulent website. They offer delivery to Russia via DHL, but without normal tracking and insurance. The parcel was eventually lost and there is no refund for the parcel. Wildly disappointed! The customer service wrote that they were pleased to work with me and also refused any compensation. In the end, it was finished off by the fact that after 2 months I received an email message that they were happy to work with me and would appreciate feedback for improvement. In this situation, I consider it as a disrespectful mockery! Order number LV19174772

Never received the item. Have contacted LuckyVitamin multiple times to arrange a replacement or a refund and the customer service is appalling. I'm honestly not even sure if the replies were written by real humans or robots they were so irrelevant and unhelpful. Feels a lot like a scam company so you should absolutely avoid buying anything here.

What I can see this company is a scam, I placed an order that on the website have the information they have in stock and after I confirmed my purchase I received an email saying that they cannot delivery and they doesn't know when it will be delivered, First I spoke with John Paul who hates his job and doesn't want to help and make it clear that they don't care.... after I received another email from Rahma Akmad who says he's a supervisor saying the same thing that they cannot delivery and neither cancell/ refund.

Un desastre!! No compréis ahí!! Es una estafa!! Hice un pedido (LV19125782) y después de pagarlo (88€) cuando me llega a través de correos me dicen q para recogerlo tengo q pagar 17€ de Iva!! Y ahora no me dejan devolverlo, xq para ello debo pagar ese importe y procesar la devolución (y además pagar portes!!!).
Ni se os ocurra comprar. No es barato xq al final sale más caro. Yo nunca más volveré a comprar aquí.

You place your order, you pay, they claim they have sent you a parcel, they claim order couldn't be delivered and has been sent back, they claim order didn't get back so they can't refund.
They are sick to communicate with. They must have a huge staff for communication. They will spend a lot of time telling you about that they once had a bad shopping experience and they know how it feels - it makes me vomit. They claim the company is based in USA, is even that true?
I didn't get any of the products I ordered and paid for and I got no refunds.
