Product arrived in time and was very cool.

Do not order- I ordered a jacket in size L got sent a medium. Tried to email was sent an automated email beck to head to returns link- was told a returns ticket couldn’t be issued and to email company, which then gave me same automated reply. Any reviews I leave do not get approved so if my bad review isn’t getting approved I don’t think others are either.

This company far exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of their products, the high level of customer service provided to me post-purchase and the speed of delivery. I have confidently encouraged my friends and coworkers to check out Lumen Couture!

I ordered and received the full face LED mask. The mask is manufactored very well and surprisingly comfortable. The app for operating the mask is easy to use, and using pictures to add other faces to the mask is a lot of fun. Definitely worth the money.

I bought the mask with leds. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I would like to thank the after-sales service who did everything possible to make it work and finally I have a mask that works extremely well.

I bought the LED facemask early in the pandemic and I get compliments literally every single time I wear it! People are always blown away by how it looks like a regular mask because the electronics are so well integrated/hidden. The accompanying app is written by a 3rd party developer but they have released upgrades multiple times in the past year, enhancing the capabilities of the mask. You can create your own static and dynamic graphics as well as upload music to the app which will sync with the LEDs. High quality product!!

Chelsea is amazing, not only as a person, but an incredible designer. She had a sale on the masks that I missed by a couple days and she offered to refund me the difference even though it was out of the promo period. I also appreciate that a lot of the proceeds from the masks go to help the COVID-19 relief foundation. She is truly innovative creating the world's first programable face mask. She shipped super fast the day after my order and I had my mask in hand within 7 days. The mask itself is super comfortable and comes with a filter too. It is not heavy at all and really easy to breathe it. The app makes the mask super customizable giving you the ability to make it show anything whether it's text, or a picture, and with Halloween just around the corner this is a must have. Overall this was great shopping experience and I have recommended these masks and this store to all my friends and more.

Ordered the LED mask. Easy to get set up with the app, and arrived almost fully charged. Customer service was excellent, and I appreciate that they use the Shop app so that I was fully aware of my order status at every step.

I purchased the Dark Power Bodysuit and absolutely love it! It is so easy to wear with either jeans, a long skirt, or under a blazer! So comfortable and the technology so easy to manage. I love that I can change the “light show” & control how strong the LED’s are.
I have worn my bodysuit much more than I anticipated and can’t wait for my lumencouture mask to arrive! Next I will order a sequinned LED dress.

Ordered some light up clothes for my girlfriend after seeing an ad and she was really happy. Nice quality and the lights are cool.
