They will make false claims about bags

I didn't want to have to take all the time to write this, but here we go.

I bought a Birkin from Luxcellent on an app called Whatnot that the owner said he "guaranteed" could be fixed by Hermes. He 100% guaranteed it and said this over and over again during the auction. I sent the bag to Hermes the week I got it and because of their long turn around times, I am only just getting the news now that the bag is not repairable. I wrote the app about my issue and they said they could not help because my issue is outside of the return window. I wrote Luxcellent and they said they can consign the bag for me, which obviously is not a guarantee that I will receive my money back. It feels like the owner made promises that were not true, knew the turn around time would be very lengthy and therefore he would not be responsible by the app's rules, and therefore, could get away with driving the price as high as possible by making false claims without having to take responsibility later. Offering to consign my bag is not a gaurantee of my money back. I would not have bid as high as I did if I had known that Hermes would not service this bag, and so the owner should've figured that out for himself before guaranteeing it could 100% be fixed by Hermes.

Hello. We understand you purchased a Hermes birkin bag and Hermes spa did not repair it because you did not have this bag under your profile since you purchased from us. However, we provided you a certificate of authenticity from Real Authentication to prove it's authentic. And, it is a well-known information that Hermes spa will just destroy the bag if it's fake. And the fact was that Hermes spa returned the bag to you and told you that they simply cannot repair the bag has nothing to do with the authenticity. We also offered you the option to send the bag back to us as a consignment and she didn't even bother to ask how much we will net her from consignment but started leaving 1-star review without trying to resolve the issue.

This buyer just edited her review because her previous review was a defamation by claiming we sell fakes without proof just trying to get us to "refund" her. Her intention to "pay less" for her birkin bag by asking for a partial refund now is obvious.

She could have just consign the bag back with us and we are happy to offer her the same amount net but she didn't even bother to ask how much we can offer but leaving 1-star review everywhere trying to spread untrue messages until we reply and she changes her reviews again to make sure her untrue and defamation messages did not get reported. If she's really concerned about this bag, she could simply ask us to buy back the bag by requesting to net the same amount via consignment or even buyback. Instead, she asked for a "partial refund."

Please feel free to review both of our messages and we will let everyone know again if this buyer "edits" her message to make her look like she's right to get partial refund just because she now wants to pay less for her birkin bag.

From my first purchase with luxcellent, I was delighted with the host on their live shows. Each one of them presents extremely professional knowledgeable, and above caring towards their audience. I have been purchasing pre-loved luxury items for sometime. I am truly glad I have found luxcellent, because this company meets all of my expectations as a customer. Luxcellent has excellent prices, delivers prompt customer service support, attempts to meet the customers request, and above all always strives to take care of each individual separately. I have made 4 purchases from Luxcellent so far and I’ve been thrilled with every single purchase! I’m a vintage bag collector and KNOW what I’m looking at. They have all different ages of bags from 1982 to current year and special edition bags. I’m a customer for life!

This scam company has taken my money and refused any reimbursement. They have told me they would locate it or refund me but never did so.
Now my case is closed with USPS as too much time has passed and this SCAM company refuses to reply to my messages or help requests.
I WARN ALL CUSTOMERS OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM LUXCELLENT.

The answer to your question : I have documented proof of communication since May 2022 between Luxcellent and Etsy via the Etsy website.
I have been patient trusting Luxcellent would do the correct thing but they have not. I will send all screen shots of all communications since May 2022 if needed. All my attempts to kindly resolve this situation have not been successful.
I only wish for others in future to not go through this bad experience.
The money is not the issue to me at all, it is the Principle that counts !

Hi. If your order was placed a year ago, why wouldn't you reached out to us the time the incident happened and we would be more than happy to help you open a search claim with USPS. And, Etsy holds a payment from the seller until a transaction is cleared. It looks very suspicious to us when a review is done for an order that we could have been able to help to resolve it with you a year ago. You could also reach out to Etsy a year ago and Etsy will definitely be able to open a case against the seller if that's really the case you are posting here. But Etsy did not open a case against us nor you reached out to us about this shipment.

This shop is a scam

This shop is a scam. I bought 2 items though them on the shopshops app and I wont on an auction and right after the show they cancel my purchase. They only do it to show people that they are busy but infact they cancel and try to sell for more!

Not happy at all upset…I bought a LV…

Not happy at all upset…I bought a LV bag and I was so happy it was very cold when I received it and when I finally got to use it I put all my stuff in the bag later that day I took my mask out of the bag to use said omg what is that smell… then I smelled inside the bag and now I noticed there’s a strong meldew odor inside the bag very strong my husband got me this bag for Valentine’s Day I’m so hurt because I know he was so happy to get me this bag it was a lot of money for him to get for me and I was very very grateful for it but now I don’t know what to do because it smells really bad I don’t understand how this bag was checked off as a good bag

Trustworthy

I bought an authentic Louis Vuitton bag here. It was definitely authentic (authentication done by Louis Vuitton when repaired eventually and another company when first purchased). The shipping was fast and the communication was good. The seller is easy to work with

Incredibly easy transaction

Incredibly easy transaction. Bag I bought was better than I expected, very pleased . I ordered on a weekend so it seemed like it took some time to get here in reality it was shipped in 2 business days and received in 4 business days.

Luxcellent is actually excellent.

From purchase to delivery, everything was amazing. They have a facebook messenger feature that I‘ve never seen before but works great. Great, fast communication and very polite.

I can only recommend purchasing from them. I got a rare bag for an incredibly great price.
