Really good quality product, innovative stylish design, badly let down by poor customer service relating to very long delivery times not mentioned when ordering, and customer service emails disappearing into spam

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!

Placed my order 24 October, didn't arrive until 22 November!!!

This was too late for my project so I had to source another chime locally. I've emailed and asked for refund instructions and been ignored! There's no customer service phone number to call, what do I do now??? Over £100 down the drain!! Awful customer service, stay away!!!

Doorbell discoloured after a few weeks and button seized and burnt out. Replaced the button after a lot of emails. A couple of weeks later same thing has happened again. Total waste of money.

Die Wartezeit war zwar etwas länger, dafür hat es sich aber gelohnt:).
Ich hatte im Vorfeld die negativen Bewertungen gelesen, und war relativ skeptisch.
Da ich jedoch optisch nichts vergleichbares gefunden habe, habe ich mich zum Glück für die Bestellung entschieden.
Ware ist heute angekommen und sieht unglaublich schön aus.

Jetzt muss sie nur noch funktionieren sobald die Arbeiten im Haus abgeschlossen sind.

We waited a few weeks for there chime LED doorbell. Took longer than expected they had mentioned it was a new model.
But wooooowwww what a beautiful mechanical chime . A piece of art fabulous !!! We will send photos next week cheers

Quality Product and solid metal and nice finishing, fit our garage door entrance just as we had planned.
Took about 2 week delivery but the product is just high end Quality.

No reply to many emails. No phone number to ring. I would strongly advise to look past any nice looking and well marketed products.

External door bell rusted internally and stopped working, I do not believe there is a customer services as after several emails ive not had a single reply.
We wanted a premium product but it failed miserably.

Product is garbage and customer service is horrible. Poorly designed - the hole for the wire is too close to the mounting hole so creates difficulty when installing.

I don’t understand if 100% of their ratings are 1-star, how they can have a rating of 2.3 stars. I can’t even trust Trustpilot!

I ordered an item over one month ago. No shipping was received until about two weeks ago. Still no sign of the goods I bought. Paid £20 for shipping and apparently the documentation is not correct and it is on the way back: terrible customer service and no phone number to contact them. Enough said! I will be initiating a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this bunch of scammers.

Luxello took my order, missed their advertised delivery date, asked for another week then missed that too. I asked for a refund due to non-delivery and that, so far, has been ignored. I strongly recommend this company be avoided. I will have to take debt recovery action.
Update 01/03/23: eventually received my refund.

Bought a house light for outside. Arrived faulty. Asked for a replacement which they agreed. I’ve never received the replacement and they continue to ignore my emails.

Horrible company. I ordered a doorbell which has started to rust within just a couple of months. They have agreed to send me a new metal surround. They have sent me the tracking details once but this went to a different part of the country, 2 weeks later they are saying they have sent it again but royal mail disagrees and this is after agreeing to send it a week or so ago. Really dreadful aftercare and a sub standard but expensive product.

I ordered an illuminated door number over six weeks ago with a 3-5 weeks lead time, but nothing has arrived. Now they can't even give me a firm delivery date and say that I should wait another few weeks.—a colossal waste of time. Avoid like the plague.
