Used the Mercedes CLE Cabrio during a short stay in Florence last month. Picked it up in the afternoon and drove out toward the Chianti area before heading back into the city at night. The car was comfortable for longer drives and surprisingly easy to handle on the narrower roads outside the center.

One small downside was communication later in the evening. I sent a message about drop-off details and didn’t hear back until the next day. Everything still worked out fine, but surprise quick response. Other than that, the rental process was smooth and the car was in good condition when I received it.

Rented Ferrari 296 for a weekend in St. Moritz. Amazing car and overall great experience. Pickup took a bit longer than expected, but nothing serious.

This is scam. I was scammed, as many other people. Read reviews carefully. They never return your deposit, they make "fake" damages on the car and send you an internal "invoice". I'm going to the court and will contact all the authorities to get my money back. I have a video of the car before the rental with all the scratches. And I didn't sign ANY damage report. I returned the car in good condition, they received it without any problems and they accepted it, but in 2 days, they sent me the "damage report". I'm still trying to return my money via my bank.

This company is ignoring my messages; they just took my money and don't answer. THIEVES!

Me and my dad rented the car this weekend everything seemed okey. They made us pay a large desposit. The car was previously scratched prior to us driving it for a day and now they are trying to make us pay for it. The scratches were even touched up before hand. They have not given us back the large deposit.

Terrible experience. I paid a 500-euro deposit when picking up the car, and after returning it, the company stopped responding. Weeks later, I still haven’t received my money back. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Avoid them — they are thieves.

Scam alert – do not rent from them under any circumstances!

They are scammers who invent fake stories just to keep your deposit. We returned the car on time and in perfect condition. A day later, they sent a message claiming a tire was damaged — although the car had no issues and was accepted by their agent. The next day, they sent photos of tires with knife-like cuts, clearly fabricated. There was absolutely no damage.

According to the contract, the deposit should be refunded in 3 days. They now claim it takes 90 days! They’ve already taken €2000 and said they will return €1200 in 90 days.

⚠️ Do not rent from them — this is a classic scam.
Always check reviews, licenses, and rental certificates. They will do anything to steal your deposit. Stay away from these fraudsters!

Truffatori – non noleggiate mai da questa compagnia!

Sono dei truffatori che inventano storie false solo per trattenere il vostro deposito. Abbiamo restituito l'auto in tempo e in perfette condizioni. Il giorno dopo, ci hanno scritto dicendo che uno pneumatico era danneggiato — anche se l'auto era stata controllata e accettata senza problemi. Il giorno successivo hanno inviato foto con danni che sembrano tagli con un coltello. Tutto inventato.

Secondo il contratto, il deposito doveva essere rimborsato entro 3 giorni. Ora dicono che ci vogliono 90 giorni! Hanno già trattenuto €2000 e dicono che restituiranno €1200 fra 90 giorni.

The company is thieves!

UPDATE (July 2026):
The company replied publicly but still has not provided a single dated photo, repair invoice or any independent evidence proving we caused any damage. Nearly two years have passed since the rental ended, and our €3,800 deposit is still being withheld. The case is with our lawyer and the European Consumer Centre.

We have rented the car in Italy and paid it in full + the security deposit + FULL INSURANCE. The car that was delivered was lower class but the company has not informed us in advance. The deposit refund should be done 24 hours after we delivered the car back to them in the same condition. They claimed that the car was damaged WITHOUT any proves! No photos no receipts for repairing! They have not return the deposit! Its being 8 month since then and they are replying to the lawyer that they are not intending to return the deposit of 3800Euros! The same reply they are sending to European Consumer Centre
