Huge time suck! The Free Theme is built with different framework than the Paid version. So test building the Free Version, then Upgrading to the Paid version isn't the normal WP process. My very first attempt with support, is they couldn't understand simple English. Waste of Time, and they Kept my money. I built a better website using Elementor. Don't trust your business with these people—they aren't business level providers.

BE AWARE! I wished to read the reviews about them before to spend my money for nothing . I paid and they send me a email with a product which is not working and they refuse to refund your money because they have an excuse term and condition the digital item are not refundable doesn’t matter if they send you something wrong. Be Aware!!!

I downloaded and paid for a theme, but was not provided a license, so the theme doesn't work, and customer service is nonexistent. Please advise.

My experience has been GREAT! Purchase was smooth, but that is usually true for all themes. The theme is great in looks and function. I had a few issues that was not related to the theme, but a plug in colliding with the theme. Luzuk jumped in and fixed it in less than 10 minutes without hesitation. I also got a small custom CSS fix (IDK CSS). They also pointed me to a location to make changes that I could not find in the documentation. All of this done in three email exchanges. The only thing that made me nervous, initially, was the delay, but that is because they are on the other side of the globe from me. Once I realized this, I asked a question, went to sleep and woke up to an answer. Contrary to some of the other reviews here, I have purchased many different themes and have never gotten this support. I will be buying from Luzuk again when I need a new look and feel. The theme is rich and when you read the documentation easy to navigate. Documentation is step-by-step and easy to follow. Guys are very quick in response. Highly reccomended.

Doctor Clinic Pro is very impact on the company's credibility and the helpfulness of the support team is much appreciated.

I purchased the Solar Theme and absolutely love it — clean design, fast, easy to customize, and great support!

I have used the five premium themes from Luzuk in the past 2-3 years. All of those websites are going good so far. The customization process of the theme is easy, themes look attractive yet affordable. The support team is very prompt and welcoming. They helped me to solve each issue I had. Thanks to the team, and keep it up in this way.

Thanks for the quick help. I had requested an update for the Panadero Bakery Pro theme. Support contacted me and resolved the issue within a few hours. I'm very satisfied.

Don't buy ! I bought a theme from this vendor. But support questions aren't answered. Tried in multiple ways to contact them. But as off now still no response.

Don't! Don't! Don't! These guys are a rip-off. Support is amazingly inane, which made me think they are just after selling. No updates despite obvious breaks in their theme. Luxury Hotel theme is still at version 1.0. User have expressed a huge concern about their thing, but forum appeals fall on deaf, dumb, and blind eyes. Pissed!!!

Questions answered promptly re: Water Sports Club theme. Gave access to site to problem solve. Problem was identified and corrected. Site looks and works great both on computer and mobile. Was easily able to modify theme to fit my requirements. Nice theme. Works great.

I have been facing 2 minors issues with one template that have been so far resolved in a timely manner.

Ich hatte ein Problem im Backend von WordPress, das durch einen Konfigurationsfehler meinerseits entstanden war. Auf meine Support-Anfrage reagierte Luzuk unglaublich schnell und unkompliziert. Das Problem wurde in kürzester Zeit behoben, obwohl es mein eigener Fehler war. Hervorragender Service und wirklich zu empfehlen!
