Scam! I won there 2589€ at first they canceled withdrawal due "technical issues" and after requesting new one they closed my account and did not pay any cent, even deposit of 1000€ was stolen. Complete fraud, don't play there.

So, to tell you a bit in certain what's up with LVbet.
It is indeed a licensed casino, with a Malta license. Which makes it certainly more safe than the pirate casinos from Curacao or Anjou or whatever Islands with a very weak gambling authority.
The payout seems to be alright. First time I played with them like a year ago I've won pretty big, but played it away. Now I tried my luck again and I won quite a bit of money, maybe enough to break even with them altogether. So I decided to go for a withdrawal. There's no option to verify your account information and do KYC before you actually withdraw, so your first withdrawal will be cancelled, credited back into your account (maybe just maybe you play it away) and you will be asked for documents. Okay, verifying them I think took like one day
On the bright side, they accepted some replacement documents from my bank since I lost my original card, so bonus point for that. Eventually I got my account verified and tried withdrawing again. I've been waiting for a total of 10 days (7 days keeping in mind KYC) for the withdrawal. There is no live chat, so you will have to email them about issues. So far I've been getting the generic replies others mentioned here, that they have technical issues, payments are delayed bla-bla. No clear date given for eventual payment. So the official stated 3 working days withdrawal time is already a long waiting time for a casino in 2026, but apparently you need to worry if you will ever see your money here at all.

Tldr: yeah you can win but you can forget the payout timeframes as a new customer. the entire payout process revolves around you maybe just maybe gambling the withdrawal away. I will update this once I have a resolution or some explanation from them how three working days becomes a week+.

I think it's completely fair! The games use a real fair RTP, the payout was successful within 3 days! It's not a big win, but it was fair!

LV BET has blocked my €1,866 withdrawal despite my full cooperation with their verification process. I have submitted all required documents (ID, bank confirmation, Apple Pay ownership proof) multiple times. They keep asking for new versions or formats, I send exactly what they request, and everything still gets rejected.

The Apple Pay issue is technical: screenshots automatically hide virtual card numbers, so the only valid proof is a full photo of the device. I followed this requirement exactly. These same documents have been accepted without issue at other MGA-licensed casinos, which shows the files are valid and meet normal verification standards.

This is not a case of missing paperwork. I have provided everything requested, yet the casino continues to respond with generic rejections and no clear explanation.

this is by far the worst experience i ever had with a bet site.
I don't even know how come they havent been sued yet.

Brutal website. I am trying to withdraw money 9 days now and the withdrawal request is still not processed. The website says it takes 1-3 working days however this is not the case.

Here’s what happened to me:

- My account got blocked out of nowhere. No warning. No explanation.
- I reached out to their support team. They wouldn’t give me access. Wouldn’t let me withdraw my own money.
- I never broke any rules. Didn’t cheat. Always played fair.

Now I can’t get my money back. Support just ignores me.

Honestly, if you care about your cash and don’t want this headache, I’d steer clear of LVBet until they sort this out. Not worth the risk.

I started playing with LV bet few days ago and it’s has been a nightmare. They ask documents like adress, electricity bill and bank transactions details with my name. After 3 days and providing all documents the are now saying f they can’t accept scanned copy from the bank. I am really going trough hell with this company and they are refusing to pay my money. So yes I did read the reviews and my toxic trait is that I'm attracted to red flags thinking it'll be different for me, so I joined anyway.

Deposited, opted in for 100% deposit bonus and 50 free spins. My deposit turned into bonus funds, fair enough. My account says 100 euro bonus funds

However, I can't play any games. I've tried loads, my balance is zero inside every game. I've scoured the terms and conditions, all I can find is a list of games that don't count towards your wagering.

Edit: they replied and said I could only use my bonus on ONE game as per terms and conditions I in fact referred them to their own terms and conditions.

They then changed tact and said I'd chosen the wrong bonus, which I did not.

I ended u9 cancelling the bonus and just blowing the deposit because I knew at this stage I'd wasted my money.

Do NOT deposit any money on this site. They will let you deposit but not withdraw. Its the worst scam made in history. Had send them all proof that i have deposited money from my account but they wouldn't accept. You been worned.

I deposit 10€ but it never showed at my game account. I wrote email (cause there isnt live chat!!!) to their support team that this is happened and when will i get my money. They answerred the next afternoon that they turned my deposit to bonus money i can only use to one game!!! They didn't care about my screenshots or that i have receit of that deposit!!!
