Quick delivery and product packaged and all okay

A good product at a good price.
Delivery was ok and I was kept well informed.

Arrived next day even though I didn’t order ‘til gone 5pm. Really nice quality product at a very good price. Great comms as well. Very impressed with Lyco will definitely recommend.

fed ex as couriers claim the items were delivered - i have spent 30 minutes trying to contact fedex and then finding out that maybe they were delivered next door

if any company offers fedex as delivery again i will go elsewhere

Haven’t received next day delivery of items yet. FedEx scheduled to deliver by 4pm Friday, rescheduled until 6pm Friday. Then rescheduled for 6pm Monday.
Will see what happens, not confident.

I placed an order on 1st September, but because one item was on back order until the 5th, the rest of my order was delayed too, which held up my project. The delivery was scheduled with FedEx for the 9th, but it ended up in the wrong part of the UK. Unfortunately, the choice of courier has put me off ordering again. I’ve already lost a day off work waiting for a delivery that may or may not arrive tomorrow.

Brought some round flush LED panels. Great price and spec and super fast delivery.

I bought 4 Dora 3 Circuit Track Lights, item E1798. They don't work in the 3 circuit track lighting system that another 3 circuit TL product I bought from Lyco does (item #63029). I have been calling and emailing Lyco for months, spoken to several different people, and no one provides me with an answer as to why, or a resolution of any kind. Just fobbed off with 'leave it with me and I'll get back to you' over and over again. Do not expect any customer service if you have a problem of any kind. I'll be looking elsewhere now, I've given up trying to give this company my business.

The goods were exactly as advertised. I was particularly impressed by the speed of delivery - less than 24 hours

I am really impressed with the new table lamp, I bought from Lyco. Great price, Great looking lamp, with that Plush hotel feeling, Fast delivery and well packaged.

Great service, ordered on Sunday, delivered Monday. Wide choice and good prices.

Subject: Formal Complaint – Overcharging and Unanswered Calls

Dear Lycamobile Customer Service,

I am writing to formally complain about being overcharged on my account and the unacceptable customer service experience.

I have been overcharged and attempted to resolve this by calling your support line. On two separate occasions, I waited over 45 minutes without getting through. This is not acceptable.

I request a full explanation of the charges and a refund where appropriate. Please treat this as a formal complaint and issue me a complaint

Still no answer to my email one of the worst customer service ever I have been.

I asked a question about a product as the description made no sense. I had a copy and paste answer off the website, their customer service must be managed by robots without any common sense. I queried the response the product description was garbage. Up til now I still haven't got a response. I did find the same product elsewhere with a different description which did make sense.

Great product and really fast delivery

The product arrived in good order however there were no instructions and when asked for them, was told they do not exist. If there is a next time you need to check.

After a simple ordering process then speedy dispatch we were expecting our order on Friday (the day after ordering). Really chuffed with the efficiency.
However after that it's been very poor.
After waiting in during the time slot allocated we were completely flabbergasted to receive a message to say 'sorry we missed you'
I checked that I'd put the correct address on the order and that was fine. We then checked our CCTV only to find there had not been an attempt at delivery from FedEx. I went back on the tracking website only to find a photo showing an attempted delivery location I recognise, but it certainly wasn't our address!!
We then opted to have the delivery sent to a pick up point.
We were told to expect a message to let us know when to collect it. Did that come....no. After checking the tracking it looked like it had been delivered. So hubby cycled along on his bike. Fortunately it was there.
Come on FedEx you can do better than this. You are letting both the seller and the buyer down. Other companies can do it so why can't you?
Unfortunately we are expecting another parcel, due for delivery today via FedEx. No change in their tracking information for 5 days. I'd better not hold my breath

PS the product looks good, still need to install it but initial impression is good.
