It’s a nice bag, but its not safe at all. The things fall out from the bag essy. A zipper would be awesome for it, and a simple divider. They made it to steal me since the very first day i got it. And about the quality, i have to say that the handle Got damaged already. And i am a person that used a leather bag for 20 years every day, and its brand new. This bad has not even 1 month with me.

I would not recommend ordering from this store.

I contacted the company even before the parcel arrived, informing them that I wanted to return the item and asking for return instructions. However, they did not provide any clear return details or assistance.
When the parcel arrived, the packaging was already damaged. Only after I reported this did they finally respond.
I returned the handbag unused and in its original condition, within the 14-day withdrawal period under EU law. The seller received the return, but instead of refunding my money, they issued a store voucher without my consent.
I clearly requested a refund to my original payment method, but this was ignored. Under EU consumer law, customers are entitled to a refund within 14 days, not a forced voucher.
Overall, very poor customer service and lack of respect for consumer rights. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

Don’t respond to announced return of bag. Bought many bags and normaly they are nice but I had to return one bag due to the color. No communication although I announced and respected their return policy. No refund, no voucher, no communication for more than two weeks so that means that they stole my money.

I received a bag with the hardware oxidized, i contacted the company. And they rudely replied, that because I received the bag 7 days ago, I must have been the reason the bag was oxidized.
I included a picture, with the tag still on the bag and unworn.

I purchased the Belluci Leather Bag in black. It has the perfect size to use it as a work bag ( the removable side strap with gold-finish helps with that). With multiple intern compartments ait is easy to organize all my stuff including a laptop. Although large, it is easy to make it a fashion statement for daily use. The leather is great !

The bag was not what I expected, leather is cheap, doesn't hold the shape and the customer service has been unresponsive with no information provided about the return process. Scam!!! Do not buy.

This statement is not correct. My order number was 9110. I contacted your company multiple times by email requesting instructions for a return, but I never received a single response.

Because of the lack of communication, I had no other option but to open a claim through PayPal. The dispute process lasted almost three months. I also had to pay $70 to return the bag from the United States to Italy.

Your claim that you have no record of my order or contact is therefore misleading. All communication and the transaction itself are documented through PayPal.

Only thanks to PayPal’s intervention was I eventually able to recover my money. I have screenshots and documentation of the order, my emails, and the return shipment, and I am prepared to share this evidence publicly if necessary.

On November 25th, 2025, I ordered the TOTE DIVA in suede Chocolate (Order #9214), expecting a laptop bag as advertised. However, the item delivered on November 27th was a regular handbag, completely different from what was shown on the website.
I have emailed the company three times requesting to return the item and receive a full refund, but I have received no response whatsoever. Instead, their policy offers a store credit instead of a refund, which is against EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch Civil Code Article 6:230o. This is unacceptable, especially for a high-priced item.

⚠ Warning: Avoid this store at all costs! They do not honor basic consumer rights, ignore customer communication, and mislead buyers with inaccurate product descriptions.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering from this website. Misleading product descriptions, lack of communication, and non-compliance with consumer protection laws make this a very poor shopping experience.

Cuando llegó, vi inmediatamente que no correspondía a las fotos: el color del ante era diferente, las proporciones no coincidían — en las fotos parece más cuadrado, pero en realidad es más rectangular, e incluso el color del metal también es distinto al de las fotos. Escribí más de 10 correos al servicio de atención al cliente para devolver el producto. Su respuesta tardó una semana y rechazaron mi devolución, incumpliendo así la ley de la Unión Europea que protege los derechos del consumidor. No recomiendo a nadie hacer pedidos en esta tienda.

Коли вона приїхала, я одразу побачила, що вона не відповідає фото: колір замші інший, пропорції відрізняються — на фото вона більш квадратна, а в реальності більш прямокутна, навіть колір фурнітури відрізняється від зображень. Я написала понад 10 листів до служби підтримки, щоб повернути товар. Їхня відповідь надійшла лише через тиждень, і мені відмовили у поверненні, тим самим порушуючи закон Європейського Союзу, який захищає права споживачів. Не раджу нікому робити замовлення в цьому магазині.

Una delle peggiori aziende mai incontrate. Borsa di scarsa qualità. Finiture pessime e maleodorante.
Se vuoi fare il reso devi pagarti le spese di spedizione (e ci può anche stare) ma loro NON ti rimborsano ti danno solo un voucher nonostante sia obbligatorio il reso in denaro se il cliente lo richiede. Si nascondono dietro una frase ingannevole sul rimborso. NON comprate se volete buttare via i vostri soldi!

Aggiungo che ho anche ricevuto una mail per indicare i miei dati personali e se non li avessi forniti avrebbero eliminato il mio commento perché secondo loro non vero!
