Awful customer service. They barely reply and will lie to you about sending replacements and refunds. They send damaged vinyls, do not order from them.

I think their products are very cool and unique. I ordered the Frankenstein vinyl and it arrived in perfect condition. I also ordered two Gilmore girls vinyl for a friend and me but cancelled because my friend was able to find a 10% coupon. The customer service replied immediately and cancelled and refunded my card. To my surprise I still received the vinyl recently. I emailed their customer support again offering to return them at their expense. Chelsea sent the kindest message and offered that I could keep them. If you are a vinyl collector yourself you know that’s a dream come true. I look forward to ordering through them again and I will let my vinyl community know how impressed I am with them. Usually reviews are only written if the customer isn’t satisfied so I wanted to share my great experience.
I bought the Frankenstein Vinyl from this company as a brand new customer, not knowing I would receive THE best customer service. The vinyl came with 1 minor tear and it wasn’t the end of the world but I got in touch with customer services in hope to make them aware. I got in touch with a ‘Chelsea’ who from the get go has been absolutely phenomenal!! She’s truly listened to my advice and has delivered every need to replace my issue to make my customer experience perfect. Chelsea has always kept me up to date with what was going on and the kind emails has always reassured me that madebymutant genuinely do take their customers needs into their best interest. This post is to thank the company for being amazing but also for Chelsea, I don’t know your surname so I hope there isn’t loads of Chelsea’s there but a major and huge thankyou for being you, for listening and assisting me in your best customer service ability. I WILL be a returning customer, every place needs a Chelsea, a lively genuine person who cares. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!!
Genuinely great customer service and unbelievable presentation.
Picked up a copy of the Severance Season 2 soundtrack. The unboxing experience is class, a must-buy if you're a fan of the show.
Had a slight issue with the initial order but Chelsea was super helpful, even reaching out after it was put right to double check all was good. Limited reviews of MadeByMutant on here so felt obliged to provide a positive one. 0 reluctance to shop here again, great experience all-around.

I ordered the Severance S2 Soundtrack LP which unfortunately arrived damaged due to being mishandled by the courier. I contacted MadeByMutant’s customer support, and Chelsea picked up my ticket. She was incredibly polite, patient, and a pleasure to deal with throughout! She arranged a replacement for me, which arrived in perfect condition.

Very bad communication and been reaching out about damage to Sinners Record but no responses?!?! wish there was a number or some repsonse - even tried on facebook, email and their own website

Unhelpful customer service. The product I ordered showed as being available on their website, but apparently was not actually available. MadebyMutant did not actually notify me of this; I only discovered this myself after waiting a couple weeks and checking the website product page again (and seeing that it now said “out of stock”). After a couple emails to their Ochre support (and waiting several days) I finally got confirmation that they do not have the product and that they will send it once they have it again … but that they do not know when that will be. Will it be a week, a month, a year? I have no idea because they did not even offer me a general timeframe. Nor was there any option to request a refund so I can order it elsewhere. I may just have to request a creditcard chargeback. We’ll see, I guess.
Great items but poor response on customer services. Ireceived a damaged. Emailed them 8th November, received 2 responses and nopt heard anything since 19th November and emailed again today. This has been going on for nearly a month now and stuill cannot send a replacement dust jacket or liner notes or a replacement item.
