Era buono , ma adesso non installatelo , è solo perdita di tempo e di SOLDI

I installed it once to see what the cost was. I didn't like what I saw and uninstalled it right away. I didn't think about it until a couple of months later when I realized it had charged me twice already. I demanded a refund, and they asked me for all kinds of account numbers I never had as a delay tactic. Finally, I got one payment taken off. The rep emphasized that I had read their terms and agreed, but I swear that never happened. It is the only time anything like that has happened to me. Instead of thinking that I was careless, I suspect that this outfit is running some kind of scam.

Disgusting customer service. I cancelled my subscription and they keep charging me. I have to go to the bank to try to get these guys banned. There is zero customer service and no one even gets back to you even after sending multiple emails regarding my issue.. Stay away

The worst company on the planet, no customer service, the website video editing does not work and they will never help you. waste of time and should be shut down for incompetence.

Scam. Cancelled account 3 years ago and they still keep billing yearly $120 , had to spend hours with my bank to try and cancel these charges. Customer service will not answer calls

This is horrible! Impossible to use the website, not user-friendly and always lagging.

Scam!!! rip off!!!! they will not issue you a refund. They will make excuses and find ways to go around it. TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DON'T BE FOOL! They rip you off and you only get very basic videos, which some free app can do. There are other good sites out there that has great customer service and will not SCAM you like MAGISTO and VIMEO! Please be aware.

Scam. Magisto have ignored all of my requests to cancel subscription and have taken payments from my card TWICE since requesting account deletion. Account settings page does not allow for me to cancel my subscription, instead reloads me back to the same page.

I have initially tried the free version of magisto that I consiedered very smart and powerful with a great quality/price rate.
I liked the b-roll feature some other features quite difficult to explain at this moment.
After the free trial I decide to confirm the purchase with a 1 year subscription.

I was happy, until a few days after my purchase!
In fact, the magisto team decided to release a new version of the product that lack in the featured I needed.

I tried to complain writing to the support, but they have just collected my claim. They replied that it could be solved in 2 months.

Now, the first thing I do not understand is why they have released a version that lack in functionality compared the first version, just to have a different UI, WITHOUT give the ability to the user to continue to use the previous version.

2) Do you think it is right you pay something that have specific features that are not more available in a second release?

Cheap feature and they try to rip you off dont bother downloading it ..they got nothing in it

Despite having never heard of them, I received an email from Magisto, pretending that I'd signed up and had to activate my account - dishonest trickery. They had apparently tried to work out my name from my email address.

There is no free trial of 14 days like the advertising tell you, I had to pay 19,99 euro on my phone bill anyway
