A Disappointing Decline in Service
I’m writing this with a heavy heart because I previously had a great experience with this business. That positive experience is what led me to return for a simple diagnostic when my PC began having issues. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story.
The customer service I received fell far short of expectations.
The advice given was inconsistent, and the pricing was unclear, with sudden adjustments that made it difficult to trust the fairness of the charges.
There was also a noticeable lack of accountability when commitments were not fulfilled.
While this business may have once delivered excellent service, my recent experience reflects a significant decline in professionalism and genuine care for clients.
