Initally had an appointment booked with the NHS for a semen analysis and was told the wait for results was 6 weeks. The wait time was to long so we started looking for private alternatives.
Found Malebox and went for it , was a brilliant decision and we are so pleased with the outstanding service we have recieved. Our first box was delivered during the peak of the heatwave and therefore my sample was not able to be analysed fully but the support team at Malebox quickly got in touch and arranged for a new box to be sent out that same day. Recieved the next day and everything was smooth sailing from there. Analysis was completed the same day the lab received the sample and our consultation was the next morning.
Very helpful fertility practitioner talks you through all of the results and what they mean. Malebox even went the extra mile and sent the results directly to the GP Surgery which was helpful. Instructions in the box are easy to follow and the whole process is easy to understand and follow.
Would thoroughly recommend Malebox to anyone looking for a quick but smooth process and peace of mind / reassurance.

Fantastic product. Having used both NHS and private clinics, I can attest that this is a far superior user experience. The instructions are incredibly clear, and the personal delivery of results and recommendations set it well above any other tests I’ve tried.

I live in a remote part of Devon and my nearest clinic is well over an hour from home, Malebox was far more convenient private than going to a clinic as I didn’t have to take any time off work. Quick turnaround on results and the consultation meant that I had a clear view of what I needed to do in order to improve my results.
