Totale disinteresse nel post vendita nonostante la vettura in garanzia, la loro assicurazione non paga, rifugiandosi dietro regole assurde che ne rallentano la procedura di riparazione. Una vergogna. Non comprate auto da loro sennò Ve ne pentirete amaramente

Pessima esperienza comprato un’auto e il venditore mi diceva che era in perfette condizioni ed invece presentava parecchi difetti tra cui ammortizzatori rotti, sedile posteriore scollato e senza agganci, sedile anteriore bruciato da sigaretta, cruscotto danneggiato, mancanza di guarnizione vetro anteriore lato guida, rivestimento baule posteriore danneggiato da vernice probabilmente rovesciata sopra. Facevo presente subito al venditore dei danni che riportava l’auto e dicevo di essere contattato dal responsabile che non mi contattava e dovevo sollecitare il suo contatto per fargli presente dei difetti che quantificavo da concessionario ma mi veniva detto che non mi sarebbero stati risarciti ma mi sarebbe stato restituito importo dell’auto, peccato che mi è stato risarcito importo dell’auto ma non il costo del passaggio che ho pagato di € 650, cosa che mi ha veramente deluso visto che l’auto imperfetta mi è stata data da loro e quindi sarebbe stato giusto rimborsare l’intero importo. Non consiglio a nessuno di acquistare auto presso di loro anche perché il giorno stesso che ho riportato l’auto e’ stata messa subito di nuovo sul sito senza che fosse stato eseguito alcun intervento dei difetti che presentava l’auto

I was lied to repeatedly by Mike. The company eventually coughed up the money owed but had to be threatened with small claims court. Shame on you Mike.
Add the lies to the hopeless customer service and you have M and T Motors - a joke.

Don’t ever buy from this company. They scammed us out of 4K. Didn’t describe the car well, we have tried to contact multiple times. However, they are now ignoring our calls and messages. Evil people.

I purchased a car last December from M&i. 3 hrs after I purchased it the car needed to be towed back to the dealer due to the air suspension failing. After 14 days I was told that the car had a bad leaking strut. Interesting how a two hour repair turned into a 14 day repair. After having to drive back to the dealer to pick up my 40k car I just purchased, less than 100 miles later the suspension is still failing and not working correctly. I had purchased the dowc extended warranty from M&i and was told to bring the car back to M&i for repairs to save on copay. I called the service shop they claim to have three separate times leaving a message twice and never got a call back. It is now March and I have driven the car less than 500 miles and i decided to take the car on a short drive and after getting about 20 minutes from home I get a low tire pressure warning light. I pull over and get out to a flat tire. You call dowc for a tow and guess what!? They don’t have any service providers available and I am told to make calls myself to find a tow. I got the car towed and had to pay out of my pocket. After the tire was pulled off I was notified that the tire was extremely damaged and torn completely on the inside and it appeared the car was driving on a failing suspension causing wear on the tires causing tears. I was not surprised having to deal with the suspension from the time I purchased the car. I purchased two new tires for the car and got it back home. Soon as the shop notified me of the damage and their concern I reached out to Randy the manager at M&i and expressed my frustration, he had informed me that he would talk to the owner and let me know what they could do. We’ll…….. three weeks later and no response. The place is a joke and the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchase new cars every two years so I’ve dealt with many dealerships and M&i by far is the worst. It was my mistake to think that buying a 40k car that it would have gone through a standard safety check and inspection prior to selling a car. There was clearly none of the above done on the car. It was unsafe and unroadworthy. The dowc extended warranty is a scam and completely worthless. I’m not surprised by there relationship with each other. So if your looking for a safe family vehicle that you don’t want to worry about having any issues with? Do not buy from M&i! You’ve been warned!

I highly recommend the team M & I Motors for their professionalism and courteousness with which they treat every client. I had purchased an Audi Q5 from them last month and it was a pleasant experience.

Illinois based M & I Motors is a great place to get to know about different makes and models of cars. Their huge inventory is quite exhaustive and one is sure to find a perfect car that satisfies all his needs easily from here. Five stars!
