I received the House Plan as ordered. The package meets my requirement and will enable me to verify the detailed and priced Bill of Quantity which I will get from a Consultant Quantity Surveyor. Thank you Maramani for the quality service. I highly recommend Maramani's services to other people who are particular on quality in the construction of their staff quarters, cottages and houses.

I have bought several plans with Maramani. They are Professional, understanding and will work with you to meet your needs. One thing I love with Maramani is their designs and their pricing. Don't fear to tell them what you want and or to ask them anything. They are willing to help you and ready to deliver to your expectation and or to exceed your expectations. You can easily chat with them on their given whatsApp number and email (those were my two modes of communication).I will buy more plans with them and I have not hesitated to recommend them to my friends. You will find value for your money.

I like the plans. Very realistic and well defined

Personally, I am thrilled with the house plans, the variety depending on someones 'pocket' and the prices are with in reach putting in consideration the quality and detailed approach of the plans when you purchase them.

Why I did not rate a 5 star?
How I wish you could make more bangalows (Is that the spelling?) for those that want plans with 4 or more rooms. Most of the plans listed are flats or have more than one floor and are beyond our reach in terms of cost when we are building or constructing them.

Its a humble appeal, if you can avail more bangalow options (4 or more rooms) so that we have a wide choice rate to choose from. I really struggled getting one as options were few and I did not want to go for the flats because of the cost implications.

Other than that, the work is impressive

I am a customer from the United States and my experience has been absolutely wonderful with Maramani. We created our home from scratch, myself snd my family helped draw where wanted each room, bathroom, closet and all. I sent them the rough draft of home and they truly brought it to life. We was so surprise and happy with the results. Because we knew what we wanted it was easy to send the feedback of the minor touch up. They were excellent in their communication and was very understanding of my family's situation when we wasn't able to communicate for almost a month. If at any point we had concerns, we was able to email them and they got back with us within 24 hours. The process was worth the wait, time, and money.
