Ich hatte um einen Umtausch von Gr.42 auf 43 gebeten, was mir in der Mailantwort nicht zugesichert wurde, dass überhaupt möglich bzw.entsprechend die Ware vorhanden ist und sollte dennoch die Rücksendung ins EU Ausland bezahlen.

I bought so far 4 pair of shoes. Recently i noticed a drop in the quality that resulted in a structural collapse of the plastic heel , in plain English, a big chunk of the heel just broke of while walking It can't be repaired .I complained about this to the company a received a B.S reply .I have never ever experienced such a heel failure in my 50 years of life wearing different shoes , cheap and expensive.

$75 Import Duties on $200 shoes, no response over email on return address
i would avoid ordering from them. I half blame them and half blame Trump - i bought one pair of shoes for $200 and was hit with a $75 bill from DHL. Their website literally says "no import duties." and they literally refused to respond to multiple emails asking for what address to return the shoes to. And they again completely ignored my emails when i asked for help figuring out how to get a refund on the import duties. So i guess i'm out $275.

High quality and great customer service
I have been buying boots off Mario Bertulli for years and my first pair is still in good condition, they pride themselves on quality, I have had 1 issue with a pair of boots, I notified them of the issue and it was resolved immediately by sending a new replacement.

Do not buy. Fake leather.
Bought some boots several years ago and haven't worn but first time wearing and made a horrific discovery about them. Do not buy. Not real leather. Plastic surface peeling off revealing a synthetic material. Utter rubbish. Have photo proof.

Used these shoes for five years
Used these shoes for five years and have bought over 35 pairs as they help with my injured ankles. Sent some photos of a pair that have literally fallen apart not asking for anything and was accused of putting them in a washing machine 🤷♂️, quite a ridiculous thing to say but apparently they can’t go out in the rain either as that can also cause them to self destruct. I suggested they now be listed as slippers. Thanks but no more thanks. Unfortunately it won’t let me post pictures.

After a thorough analysis, we can confirm that the type of damage shown – with the sole completely detached, the internal structure crumbling, and the leather becoming rigid and “plastic-like” – is consistent with significant exposure to water or other substances not suitable for leather care. This kind of deterioration cannot occur through normal use, nor from occasional exposure to rain.
We have been operating in the footwear industry for over 50 years, and our professional experience allows us to clearly recognize when a shoe has not been treated with appropriate care products but has instead been exposed to water or other agents that compromise the integrity of the material. In this case, the signs visible in the photos are typical of prolonged or intense contact with moisture or unsuitable substances.
We are genuinely sorry for the situation; however, this is not a manufacturing defect.
Of course, we remain at your disposal should you require further technical clarification or advice on the proper maintenance of leather footwear.

Concernant la hauteur annoncée, nous tenons à vous rassurer : nos rehausses sont bien fiables. La hauteur totale indiquée (par exemple 7,5 cm) correspond à l’augmentation réelle gagnée une fois la chaussure portée.
Elle se mesure en additionnant :
la semelle extérieure (celle en contact avec le sol),
+ la rehausse intérieure,
afin d’obtenir le gain total de centimètres que l’on gagne en portant le modèle.
Les SAV reste bien entendu à votre disposition par mail ou téléphone et WhatsApp si vous souhaitez vérifier ensemble le modèle , ou si vous avez la moindre question.

Scammers - DON'T BUY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
UPDATE: Since my orginal message they have responded, if only they could of responded to my emails as quick 🙄.
Below they said that they sent the right size however in an email to me they admitted ''The model MELFI size a little big bigger than other shoes''.
When I contacted them, all I asked for was a replacement to the correct size. Despite them advertising free returns on 1st order and despite the product not been as described, I still had to fight for a return label, and I received stupid replied such as
"I’m sorry we don’t make return lables for coutries outside Europe".
This is despite my address being within Europe.
Anyways when i eventually got a return label, instead of issuing a replacement or a full refund, they simply posted the shoes back to me. THE SAME SHOES THAT WERE THE WRONG SIZE.
WHAT A WASTE!

Horible experience. They sent wrong size, admitted in an email that it was the wrong size. Eventually after weeks of arguing agreed to give me a return label, and on return still did not offer a full refund. Its 3 months later now.

Although our policy does not include free returns, we still provided you with a return label at no additional cost as a courtesy.
When we received the returned shoes, they were clearly worn, damaged, and with dirty soles, which is why we were unable to issue a full refund.
You also unfairly accused us of sending you dirty shoes, but we shared with you the video of the package preparation, clearly showing the shoes were new, clean, and carefully inspected before shipping.
Our company has been operating with integrity and passion in the footwear industry for over 50 years.
Transparency, honesty, and professionalism are our daily commitments, and for this reason, we do not accept unfounded accusations aimed solely at damaging our reputation.

Très jolies Chaussures avec un service clientèle au top et d’une très grande gentillesse,soit par téléphone, soit via WhatsApp il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous répondre. Les chaussures sont très confortables et de bonnes factures. j’ai déjà acheté plusieurs paires de chaussures pour mon mari sans jamais être déçue. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
