A huge thank you to Mark and Dorota for helping myself and my husband to find our flat. We were very nervous because our landlord went bust. Mark offered good advice and Dorota brought us to safe harbour smoothly.

Mark and the team did a great job helping me sell my flat. They were always on hand to answer questions and helped make the process more smooth.

I would highly recommend our estate agent Mark Beaumont.

We first came in contact with him, looking for a property in Hither Green. Immediately, the trust was established and we felt Mark was competent, knew his local market very well, was interested in getting us a home that we’ll love. All of his suggestions were within budget, relevant to us and felt like good deals. I particularly appreciated this as it saved us time looking at stuff that didn’t meet our criteria or we couldn’t afford.

On the third viewing, we saw a flat that we eventually bought and moved into. As a first time buyer, I relied heavily on Mark’s advice re the process and things that I needed to do.

The communication was always clear, timely and relevant. once we moved in, I continued contacting Mark for advice on local handymen, cleaners etc. as didn’t know the area at all.

Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience and i would definitely come back to Mark Beaumont should we look for a property in the future.

We had a great experience buying our new home through Mark Beaumont. This was a huge relief having had a difficult experience with a previous purchase. Mark was always on hand to answer questions, arrange viewings and ensured the whole process went smoothly.

I recently used Mark to sell my property in Brockley and the service he provided was outstanding. No question was too trivial and the support and communication he offered throughout the entire process was fantastic.

Mark Beaumont is an experienced estate agent and with him you get wisdom and knowledge which is what you always need when buying or selling a property.

He was spot on about the market in London which had risen very fast but is now stable and heading for a decline. No flannel or bxxxxxt with Mark he tells you how it is and can be

trusted and valued which is worth far more than fancy patter and smooth talk.
