First class

From start to finish everything has been perfect. My car was repaired and everything looks like new. My mother is very happy with everything.

Brilliant job

The repair to my car was to an excellent standard. The company Steer group made an amazing job of putting my car back together again. The company went above & beyond. I also have an excellent warranty on the repair.

Really good experience

Really good experience. From initial claim (logged after 5pm) to final repair and delivery of my car back to my address took a total of nine days. Communication was excellent, through email, text and calls to me.
Clear process in place and good customer service.

Staff were great

Staff were great made everything simpler and reassuring. Text messages were somewhat abrupt and intimidating

Awful company with no scruples

I took out a motorcycle policy 3 weeks before the renewal was due and then sold the bike. I then cancelled the policy 2 weeks before the policy was due. I got back £19 back from a £70 policy. In addition I had to send them photos of the inside of my garage showing the bike inside.
They are the wordy thieving insurance company I have ever dealt with.
Avoid at all cost!

Excellent communication at all stages of the process

I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process from setting up of the repair, each stage of the repair and the completed work. Organisation, communication and the work completed was impressive. This made me feel confident in the companies involved and the outcome.

Very slow service

Very slow service, it took a month to complete, very little communication as to what was going on. Also my tracker showed that my car was in sainsbury’s car park for part of that time

Why 4* not 5*

Pre check in etc very easy. At drop off, loan car was ready and waiting, again very easy.
Here is where it is 4* not 5*
I was told the repair would be a week.
A week later I got an email to say the repairs had started🥴
When questioned, that week had been physical assessment and then waiting for insurance to give the go ahead. This was not made clear to me initially. I have explained this directly and hope they have corrected making this clear for future clients.
Bottom line - would I recommend- YES
Their repair work is immaculate 👍
If I ever need this service again I would definitely choose to use them again👍

Borderline harrasment

Repair only half done, had to contact and loose a days work to rectify.
Bad quality repair too.

Above was sorted but the real issue is with the harassment of emails and messages to leave them a review. And I’m talking multiple messages a day. So here we go … your one star review

When they gave me a date to repair my…

When they gave me a date to repair my car. Told me would be in touch the day before. …. I had to do all phoning re my car to see when it was going in for repair as didn’t go in the date they told me. & I kept calling to see how things were going.

Spoke to older woman on phone. she was so rude! Younger one was lovely.
