Good experience with our account manager Thomas, ever since Thomas took over our account we have had a good comprehensive experience. He has made sure to clarify the whole process and expenses. He is always willing to prioritize the client's needs and give an honest answer. Although we are in an industry that is not easy to market ourselves in, we are happy with his performance handling our account thus far. Being a surrogacy agency can be a difficult challenge and having someone that you can trust & count on is essential.

Sarah Gluchacki is like a super genius created in a lab from parts of lesser geniuses. She ALWAYS pulls through when I can't figure something out. Every time.

I have been with marketing 360 for 5 years now. Paul who runs my account has been in charge of it for for the past 4 years and the growth we have experienced has been insane. We doubled the size of our business, cut our customer acquisition by over half, and implemented new forms of marketing that our competition has not. I directly credit Paul with our success because without him we couldnt get to do what we love to do. He is always keeping me updated on changes and suggestions we should make. I couldnt recommend him enough to people. If I could give him 100 star review I would!

Marketing 360 presents itself as a full-service digital marketing agency tailored for small businesses, offering services such as website design, SEO, social media management, and paid advertising. However, my experience with the company reveals a troubling pattern of excessive, undisclosed charges and gross mismanagement of advertising budgets that resulted in significant financial harm to my business.

Upon entering into a service agreement with Marketing 360, I was not properly informed of the true costs associated with their platform and services. Fees that were either vaguely explained or entirely omitted during the onboarding process began appearing on my billing statements, including recurring platform charges and inflated service fees that far exceeded the value of the work delivered.

More critically, Marketing 360 launched paid advertising campaigns without the oversight of a qualified or certified ad specialist. The campaigns were poorly targeted, lacked strategic planning, and yielded no measurable return on investment. Despite spending thousands of dollars on ads through their system, I received minimal traffic and zero conversion, all while being kept in the dark about how these funds were actually used.

Repeated attempts to get clarification, transparency, or adjustments to billing and ad strategy were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. Their opaque billing practices and lack of accountability reflect a serious failure in client stewardship, professionalism, and ethical standards.

As a result of Marketing 360’s actions and omissions, I incurred substantial financial losses, lost marketing momentum, and endured considerable stress. I believe this company misrepresents the quality and scope of their services, exploits small business owners unfamiliar with digital marketing, and engages in practices that should be investigated for potential consumer protection violations.

The worst experience beaware of marketing 360 bad bad company

This company is total trash. We gave them a budget of $400/month to trial. They did that for a few months then all of a sudden charged our account over $5000 (no I did not add an extra zero there). We called them assuming it was a mistake and they said it was correct because they spent $5k in advertising (which they couldnt produce backing for). It took our legal team to get involved for them to finally refund the money. Stay away. They are a scam for sure.

I really had high hopes but was extremely disappointed with the service, the quality of their design work and felt mislead by the initial sales associate. No lead that came in was a quality lead. I would say working with Marketing 360 is a lot like fishing with donuts. They make a sweet sales presentation but no substance to actually bring in any customers. I spent a lot of money to see no results.

This company promises the world and delivers nothing.
They charged me $2500 for a geo fencing campaign and local SEO package. I got nothing in return. Total scam. Do not purchase anything from Marketing 360 or their parent company.

I hired Marketing 360 for a website redesign, expecting a high-quality, professional product. Instead, I was completely ripped off—they charged me over $20,000 for a website that was sloppy and full of typos etc. I could have used an AI tool and built a better site in a week for a fraction of the cost.

Their marketing services were just as bad—generic, ineffective, and a total waste of money. I repeatedly voiced concerns to Eric Woods, but all I got were excuses and empty promises. Nothing improved, and I was left with a unprofessional website that I now have to fix myself.

This company is running a well-packaged scam. They lure in small businesses with big promises and overcharge for low-quality work. DO NOT waste your money—stay far away!!

This company was built on fraud. Their original name is madwire. They changed that name in all their marketing material to marketing 360 but their credit card charges still bear madwire. I researched this company for 3 months before signing on with them. They promised to do the work and follow through. I signed on for $2250 per month with $1000 going towards paid ads. It took them 3 months to set up the social media presence . I was paying $2250 monthly. They still charged me $2250 for the 4th month which included $1000 for paid ads when they haven't ran even one paid ad. I asked for a refund on the $1000 . They stopped communicating and I did not get up to 5 calls after 4 months. marketing 360 is madwire and the only thing they have in common is fraud. I will file a complaint with FTC. This people are criminals. They hired nice people that will bend over backwards to make you sign up. Once you sign up, they will hand you ove to another team and from there it is fraud 101
