Most of the news articles actually cite sources, at least in the body if not at the end, and often not just another blog or news site but the original. Most of the "censorship" I think others complain about are personal attacks against writers and other users, which is against the site's TOS. Most of the writers are also objective, in that they articulate what the other side may see and can even agree with some points or admit their personality may be a point of conflict.

From the website "Thank you for supporting independent MMO journalism!". Journalism does not exist in any of their articles. The writers express opinions, using click bait tactics, while at the same time there is nothing ( research, evidence etc ) to support their opinions. This website represent every that is wrong with the online news media

Unfortunately, just like the other reviewer here I have had much the same experience. Dare make a comment that sits outside the narrative they're trying to push and they'll simply delete your post, mute your account, or simply ban you with no warning or explanation.

Any attempt to contact them for explanation is then met with your email address being blocked from contacting them. All I did was challenge them for calling people playing WoW (during this current scandal) as "unethical".

It's a real shame, too. As they're probably one of the better news websites when it comes to MMOs. It's just sad that in reality they're your usual internet echo chamber that won't tolerate disagreement.

Actively censors personal user comments on articles and blog posts with zero explanation offered. Have personally reached out to them via email on three separate occasions asking for an explanation as to why my comment (and others) were edited and all messages have been ignored hence why I have turned to TrustPilot to raise public awareness. It's widely reported that they censor comments but after having first hand experience of them actually editing my comments, I find it very concerning. We're not talking about simply deleting user comments, these people are actively manipulating commenters posts, engineering what users are saying on their website so it goes well beyond simple moderation that occurs on reputable websites.
