I deeply regret using Match Mates Hub…
I deeply regret using Match Mates Hub and would strongly advise others to think twice before handing over their money.
My experience with Nawaal and Jasmin was incredibly disappointing. I found both of them argumentative, unprofessional, and dismissive whenever I raised genuine concerns. Once they had taken my payment, it felt like they had no real interest in helping me find a spouse.
One of the most frustrating experiences was with Nawaal repeatedly sending me the exact same profile. She sent me the same person on four separate occasions, despite me saying "no" every single time and reminding her that she had already sent that profile before. After pointing this out again, she didn't even have the courtesy to reply or acknowledge my message.
The level of communication and customer service was shocking. I felt completely ignored after payment was made, and it gave me the impression that my membership and concerns simply didn't matter.
I'm genuinely ashamed that I spent my money on this service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Match Mates Hub to anyone. Please be careful before signing up.

Scams by Shady, Amateurs "matchmakers"
Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately a terrible experience. They are UK based "halal matchmakers". Firstly, they don't have a legit website as they use Wix. If they are professional and legit, then how come they only have a web page, not an actual website? Secondly, they only communicate to you via What'sApp. They do not do intakes or phone calls which is suspicious. After filling out a form, they only send me 1 match in 1 month! They lied about sending "same day matches". All false marketing and a scam. Also, Jasmin is the worst. Very rude, judgemental, and gives a lot of attitude. She's a young, amature "matchmaker" who has a big ego, all talk, no action. She fakes being religious and has just wearing a mask to disguise herself. Didn't get any positive results after 3 months. Don't fall prey to their false marketing and lies/scams! Nothing but fraudsters, fake muslims who are judegemental and rude!
