I don't know where to begin, Monday boiler playing up, Thursday a new boiler & the Inbetween a great experience from Maria & then the lads who visited us! Highly recommend this company, not only the service but you can tell they care!!! Thanks to all involved

Matt and team saved the day. After a leak due to a radiator and let down by an emergency plumber on a Sunday.
Can't fault this team, put our boiler in 4 years ago and never had a problem with it. Today fixed the radiator that another firm let me down.
Go with Matt you won't be disappointed. Reasonable rates good clean job lovely staff so hard to find these day.

Tyler Bradley Smith came to my property in April 2025. He did an absolutely marvellous job of installing my new boiler on behalf of Matt Grange Gas and Oil Heating Services (Teesside area). Tyler was extremely thorough, conscientious and completed all the work to the highest standard. I could not recommend him enough to anyone needing similar services. PS I tried to leave a review at the time but was unable to work out how to do it properly, I have now got my granddaughter to write this review sorry it’s late! Thank you Tyler for your great work.

Matt Grange do it again with excellent service and communication from Maria with only short notice did repair a leaking pipe to our shower, the pipes being situated in the breezeblock wall.

Matt Grange fitted our new boiler and thermostats 2 years ago. We have never had a problem with it. Customer service is excellent. We also use them to service the boiler once a year and find the engineers to be friendly, punctual and professional. All round 5 stars from us

Very professional Company , from advising us what type of Gas Boiler we required through to installing the boiler. Tyler the engineer was very informative , explaining the installation throughout. The full price was supplied before installation ; payment to be made when we were satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend this Company.

Used for a few years now, just had boiler serviced and resolved a cold radiator at the same time, staff are always polite,clean and tidy up when they are done, reasonably priced, wouldn't use anyone else.

Serviced my boiler, excellent service, came when they said, got on witht he job - no issues at all.

My CH system developed a problem, I contacted Matt Grange, they resolved the problem professionally and efficiently, from the initial contact through Maria the office manager to the engineer arriving, diagnosing a replacing the faulty valve, the whole process was exemplary.

Always been very happy with their boiler services, and they have just installed my new boiler. From the initial site survey, discussion about the options available to the installation, they were brilliant. Left everything so clean afterwards too. Also, their office staff are always so helpful too. Wouldn't use anyone else
