This event was well done. The entertainment was as expected, big pluses for the venue and staff. Seating groups at their own tables is another plus. Especially as we had 2 toddlers. Food was just okay, the reason it missed a 5 star rating.

The helicopter ride was the best part of my Maui trip. The pilot was not only informative but also pleasant to talk too including the people who signed us in and prepped us for the flight.

Great locally run boat with friendly staff and good captain. Our goal was to see tropical fish and native sea turtles without a big commercial crowd of people. This boat fulfilled the goal! Plus they shared underwater video taken at the turtle site! Mahalo!

We had an awesome time on this adventure! It was our first time to "snuba" dive, and we absolutely loved it. Molokini was exquisite, and we then went to the coral gardens. We saw huge rays, turtles, countless fish, and the coral was stunning. We actually did a second snuba there, and the experience was unforgettable. The captain and crew were professional and made the excursion extra special and fun. Can't wait to go again!

Only 2 bathrooms and the food was very mid. $1,500 for vip and my seats were still in the middle of the area. Unsure if I’d return

Had a great experience with Maui Activities. They really looked after myself and my family and got us changes when needed and refunds too. (We arrived during a storm and so the waters were murky for days for which we could not do snorkeling and other ocean activities),

I appreciated the service

Stefano looked at our date that we chose originally and recognized a conflict. He notified us immediately that he had another slot available and got our info out to us. We are looking forward to attending the luau.

I did not know the company "Maui Activities" and had no idea how reputable they are. At the last minute I wanted to schedule a Molokini snorkeling trip. Somehow Google showed me "Maui Activities" and I called the number listed. The gentleman who picked up the phone booked me with Aqua Adventures and it was a great snorkeling trip. So thank you "Maui Activities" for helping me out at the last minute.

The dancers were amazing and the waitress excellent. It was a bit of a rocky start. We paid for VIP seating and when we got to the venue, we didn't have seating. They didn't make sure the VIP's were seated before the general public, therefore we had to stand around until they got people moved around. This meant we were t the end of the line for the buffet. The food was okay, not a great selection. Probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The person I dealt with was very helpful. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars , was that it took follow up phone calls to receive the confirmation

This review is about the customer service only since our activity was canceled due to inclement weather. While we were eventually refunded our money, it took five months to get the refund. The lengthy refund time was explained to me as a miscommunication within the company. Eventually, the manager called me to explain the problem and he remedied the situation. So I'm giving a three star rating to balance my frustration of trying to get a refund with the helpfulness of the manager when he realized the problem.

The road to Hana tour with 'Uncle Joe"was without a doubt, the highlight of our stay. So glad we didn't drive it cause we would have missed so much. The lunch was the best we had during our stay. The luau at the Sheraton was just OK. Too many tables to see the dancers on stage and the food was just OK.

Stefan I was patient, friendly and helpful. Made process very easy. Supposed to give me a call when schedule opened for another excursion we are interested in. Very pleased!

Stephano was helpful and informed regarding the activities and was able to get us booked and registered for the specific ones we wanted quickly.

Stefano was great! Very responsive and went above and beyond to try to gain information for our zip line adventure that was not well disclosed on the website or in the confirmation email for Maui Zipline

The agent was courteous and helpful. I haven't participated in the activity yet, but the booking experience went smoothly and follow up instructions were helpful.

Our agent was Wil. He went above and beyond, checking with the resort to accommodate our requests. He was quick to respond, and even sent me more helpful information after we were booked.
