Stretch Covers that can't be Stretched...Apparently
Please don't buy from this company. Despite the reviews on their Spanish website the service I received was appalling and the 'stretch' settee cover received was defective. The packaging the product arrived in had been opened prior to receipt. The zip on the plastic cover that was meant to protect the 'stretch' settee cover was also broken and the cover had escaped that packaging too. The material the 'stretch' cover was made of was a bit cheap and tacky; as expected for the price but the seams were defective. On asking for a refund I was advised by a 'Mª José Moreno Mateo' that I must have broken the seam myself as it was clear to him that the 'stretch' cover on the photo I sent had clearly been stretched....Ummmm Yes - the clue is in the name.... The cover I purchased was of the correct size for the settee and was defective on purchase. However Mr Mateo was having none of it. So equipped with needle and cotton I am repairing a defective cover with no recourse in the UK to a Spanish retailer. £58 poorer and never, ever using them again.

We bought a new cover for our click clack. We waited about 1 month for the delivery. Unfortunately the product was not worth the wait. The fit was very saggy and loose. Also the material was very crinkly with many unsightly creases and lots of lose threads. Very disappointed. We emailed the company to let them know our opinion and they simply responded that product was basic and that other customers are happy with them. Really this product is not fit for purpose and should not be on sale. Don't trust the reviews they have on Wee Comments, they are paid by Maxicovers so they are not trustworthy and it's impossible to leave a review, just try.
