This was my second time to Maya medical. I am once again really happy with the service , my new surgery which was Rhinoplasty piezo method with Dr cemal hacci who was absolutely AMAZING! The consult was so precise & I felt listeaned to what I wanted with a realistic expectation what could be achieved with my nose, I didn’t even need to show him any inspo pictures because he did even better with the 3D Stimulation before & after which was the main reason I wanted this surgeon, I’ve wanted my nose for over 10 years and I’m glad I waited to find the correct surgeon who I could fully trust to perform the surgery on me Dr cemal Level of facial construction skills is by far the best I have ever found! If your wanting your nose or anything facial work he is 100% the surgeon for you! He is very lovely & so easy to speak to as a surgeon too. Maya have always provided incredible service to me from transfers to the Hotel & the hospital Orion was unbelievable!!! Clean , boutique private care style .the nurses in the hospital was all so nice nothing was ever a problem. I’m only 10 days post surgery so I have a long healing process way to go but even on my cast removal day 5 .. WOW I was so shocked how much I actually loved my nose already!!! Even with swelling I could really see the shape where it would be , how much smaller my tip was and bridge and shape was suited to my facial features I have also seen my operation pictures and it was to me even better in person! i couldn’t believe how minimal everything was , I had no bruising personally , I had not even had much swelling to my face ( although I do drink 3 litres of water a day & I was taking bromelien for swelling ) and followed everything and still am aftercare wise the Dr & Maya told me to..but I was absolutely fine I never had pain from this procedure I only felt slight pressure first couple of days but definitely not any pain, I can breathe absolutely fine already so , so far so good! I can’t recommend Maya Medical enough. I had a breast augmentation 12 days ago flying from the UK.. and I’m so pleased with my results!
A special thank you to Havva (plastic surgeon nurse) for taking care of me post op, she were amazing. and also Burak patient coordinator, who reassured me pre and post procedure, he definitely settled the nerves. And DR Erkan Yuce the surgeon of course, he listened, and performed exactly what I dreamed of. He was so reassuring, kind and very knowledgable and confident, and knew exactly how to create the look I wanted. The communication has been outstanding from pre op to post opp, I was slightly worried about the language barrier, but honestly there’s nothing to be worried about as both my coordinator, surgeon and nurse spoke good English, easy to understand. The transfers were incredible, and the hotel provided were outstanding. Honestly if you are thinking to go with MAYA, do it!! 😍🍒❤️

I had the best experience at maya medical Dr Erkan did an amazing job with the state my implants was in from the UK, I was having a silent rupture which I wasn’t aware of, he completely refreshed me with new implants and an uplift and gave me a complete new start, they look 100000x better even with swelling present, he made sure I was recovering well with going through a few surprises that we didn’t know about and I was discharged with the all clear, no problems no issues. Would recommend dr Erkan 100%. My treatment co-ordinator Burak❤️ - what an absolute angel. He went above and beyond for me and my partner he made me feel so relaxed and at ease with everything he took all our worry’s away and he was 100% the main reason we will return to maya medical for future surgery’s, his help and patience and just putting us out of any worry really did make the experience. The nurses was lovely, especially my first nurse who helped me get up and walk she was so kind, they all was. There is so much stigma coming to turkey for surgery but I did a lot of research before coming and I’m so glad I did. I would 100% recommend this team ❤️ my partner wanted his teeth doing here which Burak helped him with and he is so pleased with them. So Thankyou for everything Maya ❤️

I come to maya from UK, from booking my rhinoplasty in November all the way through to the surgery in March the service was 10/10. Every question I asked was answered straight away the quality of everything was amazing. The hospitality facilities were insane, the hotel and the food were amazing. Everything about it I couldn’t say one negative and will continue to recommend maya. Thank you

Amazing from start to finish I travelled from uk for a breast lift and implant.
Hotel is lovely and modern staff are amazing.
Communication with maya medical staff is great always in contact keeping up to date all information needed.
My surgeon was Dr Soner Tezcan really happy with my results currently 3 weeks post op so far so good. Maya medical staff present through my consultations and appointment prior to leaving.
Hospital clean and nurses are lovely even with a communication barrier all my needs and wishes met I felt so safe.
Nurse come to hotel to check my dressings and was just a WhatsApp message away if any issues.
Flew home 5 days later and able to contact maya if any issues always speedy replies.
Cannot recommend them enough my experience was great.

I contacted Maya Medical originally for a tummy tuck with the potential of a boob job. Burak the person for contact were very polite & informative, he kept everything clear and precise to my enquiry. Weeks later after I enquired with other companies for a price, I knew my heart was with Maya (I felt instant trust with them) & they were reasonably priced. I contacted Burak again regarding booking my surgery which were a 360 Lipo, tummy tuck and boob uplift, the booking process was very clear, easy to follow & the information received for before & after surgery was extremely helpful. During the time of booking & me writing this review the team check in to ensure "YOUR OK & EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL" & that's why I had a feeling of trust from this company from the start. The team arrange EVERYTHING, from all your transfers, your hotel, your treatment after surgery to the aftercare with the nurse (who is also an English speaker) language barrier is no issue at all! The hotel you stay at who work alongside Maya also can't do enough for you! During my 2 day stay at the hospital Maya are with you every step of the way & ensure everything is running like clock work (I felt so safe, comfortable and at ease) yes I went on my own but it didn't feel like it with all the team with me. My surgeon & hospital staff were absolutely amazing with me and they truely showed they care, checking in every other hour, bringing water, food & cups of tea & ensuring my obs and medications was on time. My overall experience with everyone involved were OUTSTANDING & I'm so grateful to each & everyone of them for everything they done for me. I would absolutely recommend Maya Medical & all the team involved 1000% & if I was ever to have surgery again this would definitely be my go to place. My experience with Maya medical from the beginning has been amazing! From the support from the English speaking coordinators to the consultation with the Dr and recovery stages. Hotel and VIP transfers have been great and on point. After my Rhinoplasty with DR Cemal, I have still been in contact with Maya medical with their on going support whilst being back in the UK. I would definitely recommended and look forward to my full recovery and final results! x

I was super nervous about travelling abroad for surgery but after speaking with maya and arriving at the most beautiful hospital I really couldn’t have felt more comfortable everyone including the hospital staff were just absolutely lovely. The job dr Yuce had done I could cry at how happy I am and I will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely amazing team at Maya I was really worried but I needed to do this for myself to get my confidence back I had uplift and implants I absolutely love them I would highly recommend I’m only three week post opp and they look and feel amazing roll on my holiday with my new bikinis 😃

I travelled from uk to Istanbul to see Cemal haci for rhinoplasty with maya medical , from the start to Finish I was impressed and confident with their service and aftercare. I also had a lovely stay at 5* hotel included with supportive caring hotel staff. I will be going back for a boob job asap.

I went through Maya Medical for a breast uplift with implants. My surgeon was Dr Gokhan Haytoglu.
I naturally had some reservations about flying to another country for surgery, but from the moment I met my patient coordinator I felt reassured. Everything was organised by Maya, including the airport transfer and hotel accommodation so the process was very convenient and smooth. Communication from all of the Maya staff was excellent throughout.
In regards to the op itself, I was so pleased with the process. I went to Orion Hospital and all of the staff who looked after me were lovely! I was so well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless, could not fault it.
My surgeon was fantastic, had a lovely bedside manner and I felt like I was listened to during my consultation - Something that I found lacking in the consultations I had in the UK. I am now 11 days post op and and I am SO pleased with my results so far. Exactly what I had asked for and my scars are very minimal already.
The hotel was excellent, I stayed in the Lionel hotel and it was a lovely place to recover following surgery.
I was able to stop pain meds 3 days after surgery. Maya provided me with all post op care, including medication and compression bra.
I would absolutely recommend Maya to a friend and I will book with them for any future procedures.

From start to finish my experience with Maya medical was amazing . Never was hassled to book in , it was all in my control and in my own time. Questions answered when asked and quickly too. Hotel , transfers and hospital was amazing, the people were all so friendly. My patient coordinator, Burak was lovely and so helpful throughout the process.
If you are nervous about booking surgery, I highly recommend Maya, am so pleased with my results and the experience I had.

Everything from beginning to end has been amazing and stress free, I was listened to and told everything I needed to know and more, they have done the best job and changed my life, I would recommend maya medical to everyone.

I have recently had a breast reduction and uplift surgery.
The communication from Sule was great.
Prior to getting to Istabul, I was updated in England and made to feel informed and pre prepared.
Day 1, I landed and was taken to the private jospital for bloods, back to the hotel via transfer and checked into the amazing hotel they used.
Day 2, collected from the hotel, to the hospital and within 2 hours down for surgery, within 4 hours I was back in recovery.
I spent day 2 night and day 3 night in hospital as planned and was seen by the nurse and Dr to see my dressings, checkup.
The only thing I would say is take snacks in your suitcase, a kettle, tea bags and carton milk.
They dont offer any of these and as a british person drinking loads of tea I was withdrawing by the time I got back to the UK!
Day 4 I was taken back to the hotel, explored the city (£10 in an Uber) as I did on day 5.
Day 5- early morning we were taken to the hospital for another dr checkup, then back to the hotel
Day 6- my nurse came to the hotel and changed the dressings who was really lovely and professional
I then flew home and was provided transport for transfer.
Overall the price was around 50% less than the UK and I would recommend this to others.

Undergoing a breast reduction with Maya Medical was an exceptional journey from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless, with thorough coordination of the hotel and transfers, leaving us with nothing to stress about. Hazar and Şule were incredibly supportive and approachable, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Hazar answered all my questions promptly, regardless of the time. Gülsüm was also very attentive, visiting me at the hotel to assist with bandage changes. I'm thrilled with the results and the entire experience was fantastic!
