A very professional and friendly service, everyone worked very hard to secure our house sale.

M,W & G provided superb support and local assistance during a long and frustrating sale of a residential property that was adversely affected by COVID-19 difficulties, allied to our being over 400 miles away, and other buyers' & vendors' agents being less than candid about the status of their dealings 'down the chain'. Throughout this taxing process, Sarah, Robin and Richard provided excellent support by pro-actively chasing the progress of the chains' developments - frequently on a daily basis and sometimes hourly in the latter stages. One can see why some Estate Agents generate adverse publicity - however, M, W & G is clearly NOT in that league; in our experience the Team we had were simply outstanding and very much ‘on our side’ in progressing this protracted process - that was not of our or their making - to an eventual successful conclusion.

Sarah and the team have given me excellent service especially accompanying me when I needed to go to the apartment prior to the purchase.

We tried to view a particular house twice but may whetter told us that viewing was unavailable.
Long story, but we finally viewed on the third attempt and offered full asking price there and then.
That cost us 8 weeks of temp accommodation, furniture storage and 3 grand over the asking price.
Vendor told us they saw no reason at all that we couldn't view the first time.
Was it may whetter fault?
Dont know, but these scenarios do stick.

The team did a great job of selling my house for me even with the covid 19 pandemic.
The team kept me up to date on viewing and where they were able to, gave me feed back on viewings.
MWG sold my late mothers property some 4 years ago and served me well on that occasion.
Should I need an estate agent again, I will be going back to MWG.

Tony Grose came to my cottage and took some lovely photos inside and in the garden and surrounding countryside. For sale sign up already and off we go. The service was very good but I am still not sure why I needed another Mundic report when there was no Mundic present.
