Left my car for the weekend, upon arrival the person serving me was not very pleasant, I then had to wait on the bus for 15 minutes. I had pre-booked my vehicle in for a cleaning inside and out, when I returned I was informed that my vehicle was not cleaned, they were short staffed, he processed my refund and said he'd get me next time! Not the customer service I would expect, very poor and very disappointed!

i returned to mccausland's to get my car on the 18th of July give the man my ticket to be told they had not brought my car to take a seat for a minute waited 15 minutes as the man at the desk he told me they couldn't find my car at this point i was getting worried my car had been stolen after another 10 minutes i went back to the desk to be told have 3000 cars on site and they can't know exactly where they all are so it is going to be quite easy for Car thieves to strike and mccausland's staff will not be aware walking out the front door to make a phone call looked up the row of cars sitting at the front and saw my car and went back the desk and told the man my car sitting outside the front door they ask me how did it get out there then and while i was away i thought my car was safe because?

Leaving my car here while going on holiday was so easy. Quick both Leaving and returning. Not as expensive as I thought either

The guy driving bus constantly shook his head at everyone on the bus and putting in our bags and taking them out, we were an inconvenience to him and drove dangerously. The guy who took my keys off me never spoke just glared at me and when I got out of the car put his hand out and said 'keys', Upon return the shaking head driver drove past at high speed still shaking his head but the gentleman on the desk was polite, Serious training needed done on other staff.

My car was damaged for the second time by mccauslands. I won't be using them again! They damaged 2 of my alloys and because I didn't raise the awareness of this at 2:30am in the DARK while stood with my 3 young children then its not their problem. I think not!! I had a some kirbing on one small section on ONE of my alloys which is clearly shown on their cctv on entry but yet cars returned with 2 alloys completely scuffed to bits.. Take responsibility for yourselves absolute shambles of a company!

My daddy left his 2022 ford focus which he had a couple of days clearly with absolutely no marks on it. Went on holiday for a week and came back when it was dark at night, the next day he washed his car to find the front paint was wrecked and the car had obviously been drove into something by mcausland members. When he rung and delt with Stephen Perkins his attitude towards the situation was completely rude and arrogant but said to send photos and he would look into situation. Got back to my dad 2 weeks later to say basically u leave your car here at your own risk😂. AVOID this place !!!

When I returned to my car after 5 days away, I could not understand why my dash cam had been disconnected - I mean, they are only parking my car - what could they possibly be hiding? Then I noticed my whole dashboard had been reset, including the mileage, which was now showing as 3.6 miles - really? Why? Curious, I played the dashcam footage up until the point McCausland staff remembered to disconnect it and I watched horrified as my car was rallied between very tightly parked cars. This might explain all the damage people are complaining of in the 1* reviews. I will not be back - ever!

Just got back today 14/6/23 superb service as per usual, dropped car off on 7/6/23 and polite man took the keys and advised me to pick up my ticket. Bus to airport was efficient. Booked a valet, it was superb, male drove our car out of the back parking area and rightly pointed out the great valet, I was gob smacked, the car looked fabulous and the service from drop off to pick up was exceptional, from leaving to arriving I can't find fault with mccausland, that's why we use them every time we fly. If I could give you guys and gals 6 stars I would.

excellent serivce, evrytime agian

Just picked up my car after arriving on the 7.00 pm flight from Tenerife on New Years eve, to be handed my key with minimal customer communication , the exact words being bay 30. Then to find the car , obviously parked in a hurry with the front spoiler embedded in the mud and gravel to the front of the parking space.
Would I use again??! ....The star is for the guy on the bus who was very helpful with cases....

We have booked McCausland for years as our holiday carpark option but feel that after today that will be the last time. We arrived promptly from our Luton flight on Friday 15th July to the carpark for the bus at 4.40 and waited and waited . We phoned the carpark number as did the other customers waiting but no answer and no bus. Meanwhile cosmo had sent 2 buses and park and fly 4 buses. After 20mins we decided to walk with our 13year old son and 3 cases over the busy roads. We feel this is unacceptable after paying dearly for your services. Why was the phone not answered?! On arrival the man behind the desk said it was his fault for not sending the bus but didn't serve the customers to give them their keys. After 5more mins I had to ask could we get our car keys. The other worker had no reason for not answering phones and said the bus just circles around. When I said no bus came and we had to walk he said he didn't know what was going on! I feel this is poor treatment after a day travelling.

3 stars for the actual service, didn't have any complaints. Lost 2 stars for the arrogant and extremely rude man who took my call re my booking ref. I was unable to pay online due to system error, he booked my car in and gave me a ref no. I scribbled it on paper but I lost it. Rang on my way to airport to double check my booking only to be scolded like a naughty child. "We asked you to do 1 thing" ehh what? Was a massive inconvenience for him to check my reg and/or my name. Line was a little crackly, he told me to call back when I'd parked, and just hung up. Then continued to speak to me like I was an imbecile! I was in shock at the treatment!!
Shuttle driver was totally different, pleasant ad chatty.
McCauslands, have a serious look at your customer service staff. Apalling.

Tried booking online and when it came to pay there was a problem which it did state in the website and advised to ring if this happened. Call was answered by a rude arrogant male who didn’t even suggest taking payment over the phone, considering it’s obviously a problem on their side when it comes to payment I didn’t seem that this should be too difficult! Will never use their facility again, have read quite a lot of similar reviews on several sites! If there was a zero star rating that’s what I’d give.

Rude, terrible valet, poor systems and total absence of customer service

They left rubbish in my passenger seat (empty packet of cashew nuts)
And the side door of my van was not shut correctly , why were they looking through the back of my van?

DO NOT USE!!!!

5 minutes late and they charged us another full day absolute rip off so angry

Just rember when you are booking they do not give REFUNDS because we have to pay for there staff even though by them doing this they are taken food off our tables they say in the papers they have lost 70% business so the other 30% have to loose money because they like conning there customers be very careful conn artists

So pleased. The welcome, help with bags and interaction with my young boys was great. Quick and courteous transfer of keys and my cleaning request was a matter of a few minutes. The pick up was no problem too. We were late. They were fine and still smiling. App downloaded. My preference for the future.
